Good advice Lyianx. That's exactly what I've been doing. This forum and the wiki are awesome for checking on rules and interactions. While there are still some oddballs (like Hera & Nien Nunb 😵), overall the rules are so much tighter than once you get used to the "voice", the rules interactions really make sense.

Great news. I'm a 1.0 player returning to the game so all my ships are 1.0 as well. Would also be nice to have additional sorting and organization features to the ship collection, especially by faction.

Not sure if this is the best forum for this but I'm slowly getting into X-Wing after a long hiatus. Used to be a somewhat competitive player but more interested in casual play (for the moment). Anyway, are there any campaigns (or new missions), official or otherwise, for X-Wing? Given the Star Wars setting, it feels like a natural fit to bring in some RPG elements. Thanks!

That's great to hear. Also seems like almost anything can be viable if you can find a way to make it work. I come from other competitive miniature games and it gets to the point where so many models are obsolete.

I'm in the same boat as you Warhawk! I was a fairly avid player of 1.0 but stopped after S&V dropped. Now I've been watching everything Star Wars with my son and I showed him my 1.0 ships and he was hooked. I got the conversion kits and have mainly been getting up to speed on the rules. There are definitely more options than 1.0 but the game seems SO much tighter and balanced.
