This is a (mostly visual) redux of this excellent work.
It also includes this by Venthrac, which I love and thought I'd include.

Hi, I posted it some time ago in a thread, but I think this deserves its own thread:
I have written a short script which notifies you about any changes on the ffg upcoming products page. This is a daily check, and if anything has changed (new product or a product changed its status) you can get notified via mail.
You can subscribe here, if you want.

Kainrath reacted to LeoSeph in Encounter interactions cards
Hey guys, every now and then I like getting an official adventure to use in my campaign for practicality sake, but mainly because of the interesting interaction ideas it contains, I tried finding some to make a sort of database so I could insert into my campaign wherever needed but it turned out to be harder to find than I thought.
When I say Encounter interaction I mean things like: "The PCs find themselves in a room with leaking gas, using any sort of fire weapon would result in an explosion" or "When walking down a crowded marketplace you hear a girl scream, you see a man running from where she is, pushing through the crowd"
I don't really mean plot hooks but actually, micro interactions that can be dropped during a section.
I intend to make some cards out of those so I can use them whenever needed, this is what I got so far:

What do you think? Can you guys help me with some ideas?

So I whipped up these few Bounty Postings to toss into my game as needed when my players want to do a bit of hunting.
Any good ideas or NPCs you used in the past in your games?
It's always better to have more hooks than less I find.

    Indeed they are!
Now if we could only get FFG to include them in a sourcebook...

I think the XP rewards are a little on the generous side, especially if the PCs manage to stack several rewards together. 34 XP is a lot, especially for a short adventure. Realistically, the PCs are unlikely to keep the station from any collateral damage, and will probably end up killing one or more patrons, but still...
That being said, XP rewards are very subjective. I think most GMs would be perfectly willing to take your guidelines under advisement and provide XP in accordance with their normal methods. So don't sweat it, and nice job on the conversion!

You can have the guards ask, simply because that's the correct protocol.  If the PCs don't want to comply maybe the guards threaten to call the captain, because that's also what they'd do.  There are all kinds of ways to make this stand-off a fun part of the game, from a Coercion attempt by the guards on the PCs, or vice versa, or any other social skill for that matter.  In the end, if the PCs don't back down, let the guards call the captain and he'll just override the requirement.  Basically, you have to separate what the NPCs do from what you as the GM wish to happen.  The guards should act "normally", but it shouldn't be a roadblock to talking to the prisoner.
Keep in mind that if they have their weapons it's not a great thing.  In a small room, you can consider everyone to be Engaged.  Ranged weapons should be subject to all the penalties for being Engaged, with the additional complication of possibly hitting a friend.  You could even apply setback for every extra person beyond 3 (so 5 people total = +2 setback)...this would only apply to the PCs, since the NPC will be trying to hit anyone, whereas the PCs and their allies will be trying not to hit each other.  You can add other environmental factors, e.g.:  3 Threat or Despair causes an ally to take damage.  Make sure the NPC has a minimum of Adversary 1, and don't be afraid to flip those DPs...  And these are things you don't have to tell the PCs before they all go in...
Finally, the Imperial agent should have a high enough Cool to help ensure he goes first in the initiative order...a good first strike should at least scare the PCs a little bit
Agreed, that would be pretty useful.

I think you've done a good job of avoiding bottlenecks, and allowing the PCs to come to their own conclusions.  But adding an MMO chart could help focus the players on the task.
