Every time you hit during an attack, immediately destroy that ship.
Each time you destroy a ship, move as if executing maneuver on dial and preform another attack.
It's fairly effective satire, isn't it? Reading any thread about the Defender always gives me the impression that a small but vocal minority genuinely wants GrimmyV's fix.
I think you're reading far more into those threads posts than are actually there.

Hmm yeah. It does say card effects or abilities when talking about increasing or reducing agility. I wonder if they intentionally left out obstacles and range bonus to agility, but what about tactical jammer or EM emitter? Both are cards that add agility dice but through the obstruction game mechanic.
There are no "agility dice." There are agility value and defense dice. Obstructions and range bonuses add defense dice. Your agility value is unchanged, except for effects like R2-F2 or the Structural Damage crit.

Worst case - it's a single word generic ace, like "Ace". I might vomit if they do that.
Following the pattern of "Blue Ace" and "Red Ace" it would obviously be "Ace Ace."

Ah, I was considering the "fat turret meta" to involve the large ship with boost+3PO/Isard archetype (along the lines of MajorJuggler's list obesity metric).

Wave 4, which brought the Phantom and the fat turret meta, came out in February 2014. That was about 570ish days ago.
Venus has an orbital period of 224 days. 2.5 Venus years is... 560 days.
So yeah, you must mean Venus years.

There are a couple things I need to do: update the XWS backend with the new data, and update how XWS is imported and exported because of the new subfactions that were introduced.

I'm not Voidstate, but have you tried clearing Safari's web cache and reloading the page? Sometimes that fixes issues with my builder.

There are a good number of Rebel-only or Rebel-mostly players out there. But I also have noticed Imperial fanaticism far more than anything else (Rebels as terrorists is totally a thing). Now that I think of it, I haven't seen fanaticism about Rebels or Scum (although Scum are still relatively new, and Boba Fett is his own niche).
(And while I'm largely faction-neutral, TIE Fighter was in fact the best game ever)

Thanks to Tipperary's work in https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/topic/183807-wave-8-what-we-know-and-how-we-know-it/ (and some Wookieepedia verification) I've added What We Know of Wave 8 to my builder, primarily pilots (not adding any of the unspoiled upgrades until we know more about them). I've probably also added several bugs in the process, so let me know if you find any. Builder URL in my sig.
Sorry about the delay... whole lot of stuff to add.
Fun fact: Hera's the first pilot to fly two different ships in this game!

Round 5, I faced off against another incredibly nice person, Geordan. He was playing Corran Horn with 2 Z-95s and a stresshog.
