Hi,

 

I was wondering when the icon for weapon mastery is gained? At the time the event is played, or at the time of the strike?

 

To be more precise, I played a game in which I attacked a jedi player, who declared as a defender a character with 1 enhancement attached. He played weapon mastery right after the defender declaration.

 

I win the edge, I strike and discard with my AT-AT the defensive character's enchancement.

 

When he strikes right after, does he still have its icon gained from the weapon mastery?

Good morning everybody,

I just want to be sure that I understand The Hunt for Han Solo reaction correctly.

Reaction: After you capture a unit card at this objective, reveal it to remove 1 focus token from target [scum and Villainy] card. If that card was Han Solo, increase the Death Star dial by 1.
 

What does "To reveal" means exactly?

Does it mean that you turn face up the captured card, which is placed normally  face down under the objective?

Do you let it captured and face up under the objective after resolving the reaction (meaning that you cannot trigger the reaction again and again, obviously)?

[Cards from 2 affiliations in a competitive deck : a must ?]

Hi all,

I am preparing myself for participating in the regional championship of my country, and have been looking at the different decks used to win regional event in the US.

I have been very surprised to note that most of these competing decks were mixing objectives from 2 affiliations of the same side.

I am wondering why such a trend?

On one side I can see that obviously you can get the best cards of both affiliations.

But on the other hand, you get risks of ressources match problems which can make you (stupidly) loose a game.

What is more, aren't a single affiliation competitive enough? For instance, a pure 100% imperial navy deck seems to me aggressive enough with its "blast units" to obtain good results, then why mix it with sith event/control cards? 

What are the opininon of the competition experienced players around here?

I saw a deck submitted on the internet including the S & S affiliation AND Mobilize the squadron. Am I wrong or is this not permitted, due to the  "Rebel Alliance affiliation only" text of this objective?

A simple question : when a unit with one or more enhancement is sent back to its owner's hand, what happen to its enhancements? Are they sent back to their owner's hand too, or are they discarded?

I was wondering if this  works as well on objective cards and affiliation card?

Just to be sure if Objective cards and affiliation card are considered cards one player controls (seems logical, though?.

[Conflict resolution after the objective is destroyed]

Hello all,

I am begining at SW the card game, I read attentively the rule book , but I am still a bit wondering what happens when the objective engaged is destroyed on the first attacker's unit strike.

The remaining ready attacking units continue to focus to strike (because every participationg unit has to return exhausted from an engagement), meaning that any additional blast dammage have no effect, as the objective is already destroyed, is that right?
