I think some people might be confusing the messed up vader in a bacta tank before he puts his suit on with snoke
He could also be referring to Vader's servant.

I'm sure we will eventually get there with Ep VII, Spin Off movie content, and Rebels. Still plenty of stuff to look forward to like the rest of the Bounty Hunter zoo crew, a possible Jedi Luke, and Papa Palpatine.

The only instance I can think of in the OT of anyone showing true Anti Droid bias is Wuher in the Cantina. Since the Clone Wars I've assumed the galaxy has a love/hate relationship with Droids. But nothing conclusive is shown by the Empire to be totally Anti Droid. They just don't care about a Droids rights as they are seen as equipment.
