  1. I picked mine up Tuesday afternoon from my FLGS. The owner threw in a GM Kit for FREE since I've brought him some good business the past few months. Gotta love the little guys!!
  2. I've only got a couple games in under my belt...what do you mean double activate?
  3. In the announced F&D adventure book, Gatekeeper something, there will be stats for Droidekas. So just a little bit of wait (GenCon probably) and you'll have THAT at least in official terms.
  4. It's my friend's set. I don't have pics of it. I'll see if he can send me some.
  5. I, along with 2 friends have each bought a starter set of Armada. 1 of us received a TIE Advanced in our collection of TIE fighters. Me and the other didn't. Is this a rare ship that randomly shows up, or did me and the other guy get screwed?
  6. Prinze, Jr has said he is recording season 2, so it's not gonna be him, unless it's a ghost.
  7. My group is about to hopefully today finish up Beyond the Rim. Not sure where they are going to go next, though. One owes a favor to Bargos the Hutt, so I will throw a hook out there to get them into the adventure from the EotE Core book. We have a Bothan thief, so Jewel of Yavin might be to HIS liking. And we have an undercover Rebel, so starting them off with the module from the AoR beginner box and going from there to Operation: Shadowpoint, then the AoRCRB module, the AoR GM kit module and into Onslaught at Arda I might be that guy's vote (especially since they say they need a base of operations). Would that be the proper order to run those in, or does it really matter? Anyone have experience with the whole of the AoR modules? Or they might strike out on something of their own doing, as they have done before. I'm just looking forward to see where they go next, it's a super-fun group and they've got some cool tension between some PCs. (Also gonna post this to the AoR forums, since it includes that line also)

  9. The Talents work (at base) for a silhouette 3 or lower vehicle. There are 2 talents that upgrade that by 1 each, so you can eventually have a sil 5 vehicle/ship as your signature vehicle. So get that once, and your freighter can be your signature vehicle. In the book, the PTB-625 Heavy Bomber (air speeder) can have a group, with 5 stations and 1 passenger. The All-Terrain Anti-Aircraft walker has 3 crew and 2 passengers, 1-L Imperial Repulsor Tank has 2 crew, 4 passenger spots. So, there are a few vehicles that a Piloting (Planetary) can definitely get some use out of, with a group.
  10. The Rigger is ridiculous. In a ridiculously good way. Pretty sure the Ace Pilot/Gunner will be taking it tonight when we play in an hour.
  11. Question regarding the signature ability Unmatched Survivability...the base ability. Is it saying that the ship is immune to hull damage for 3 rounds and at the end of that time period, if they haven't gotten any repairs in the 3 rounds, then the ship is crippled? The wording is kinda vague on it.
  12. Thanks for the replies! Since I haven't awarded any yet since he started (he joined our group in August), played about 4 times since then, I'll give him 75 Duty to add onto his 10 he has.
  13. Is it better to hand out Duty when the player(s) actually finish a job that they are on for someone in the leadership to hand out rewards? We are almost finished with Beyond the Rim, and one of the players has the Tech Procurement Duty. Since there's nobody in upper management to recognize that this PC has done anything, I haven't awarded any Duty yet. But he has secured some of Cratala's cybertech, so I do plan on rewarding him when he "turns in his quest" so to speak. Should I be giving him small amounts of Duty along the way to signify that he IS doing what he's supposed to do, and knows it so he can potentially bolster himself and the group, and when he is able to turn in his work, give him enough to bump up to 100 and a promotion?
