  1. I always thought "Gun-ner" was Chewie's cousin...
  2. If you are referring to the promotional 'double sized' cards, they're nothing special. The ones I have from League play have the exact same art. In fact, the Boba Fett/Han Solo card only displays only the standard attack symbol, instead of the (accurate) attack symbol that indicates a 360 firing arc or a backward firing arc. It's not a big deal, I don't see anyone saying that "if you use the full-sized card, you can only attack with a standard firing arc," it's more of a thing you have just to have, rather than to actually use to help you in the game.
  3. My oversized Fett card doesn't seem to have the arrows on the attack symbol that indicate it's rear firing arc, it's not a big deal just something I noticed. Anyone else have this?

Roark Garnet was an smuggler NPC in that game that appeared in the core book. Yeah, that's definitely a nice touch. I mean, we've already been getting several characters from the video games, and more, now, with Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors, so…just cool to see! I agree, Jedi Outcast was a badass series, I'm glad they're using some of the SW lore from it.
  5. I played him over Vader at league once, his ability actually came in useful. The enemy Falcon had Determination. I was able to pick out the most detremental crits and weed out all the Pilot crits that would otherwise would have been discarded. I don't know that he's good enough to base a full squad off of though.
  6. Yes I meant to put Tycho. I put Arvel cause I saw others talking about him and thought it was about the other haha. My bad!
  7. I usually play Empire, but I'm thinking about making a Rebel list soon. I'm thinking about putting Expert Handling on Arvel, it just seems great, enabling him to Barrel Roll for 2 points, and he won't lose actions from the stress. It makes him just a tad more maneuverable than he already was, Barrel Rolling can be useful in a pinch. Correct me if I"m wrong but you don't HAVE to have a target lock on you to use Expert Handling. Just a thought.
  8. I'm interested to see if the Bomber will be able to Barrel Roll like the rest of the TIEs.
  9. I like it a lot! especially the blue on the back of the Falcon. I'm thinking about painting my Slave 1 to look like Jango's from Episode II.
  10. I've only played the first mission of Andor, and it seemed easy, though we were playing wrong. moving the legend marker every time you kill a monster, AND the monsters returning to full health if you fail to kill them, really makes it more of a challenge. I'm excited to get to the rest of the story. Have you ever played Yggdrasil? It's not fantasy flight, it was made my some small game maker in Germany… but it is pretty fun and difficult as far as co-op games I've played.
  11. Thanks for the replies. About the borrowing, yes that will probably be my best option. I had to resort to that at the Kessel Run, borrowing 2 TIEs (this was before I had my second Advanced) and had a squad of 89 while everyone else was pulling straight 100s. I still managed to pull a partial win out of it. Once the Rebel players all have Falcons I forsee it being even more of a challenge, haha.
  12. Being an Imperial player, I'd personally like to blow up a Twin Pod Cloud Car with Lobot in it. It might not be able to fire, but I think it could have a use as a support ship, maybe giving other friendly ships free tokens or even another action.
  13. Hey guys, this is my first post here but I have lurked this forum for a little while now. I'm trying to build a 100 point Imperial squad to play with at my local league. The problem is, I only have the core set and two TIE Advanced. (I will also have a Slave 1 I pre ordered so I'll have that when it's released.) I realize that the Imperial strength is in numbers, ie swarming the opponent, but I don't have a huge amount of funds to buy new ships with. My question is, is it plausible to run a good Imperial squad with only 4 or 5 ships? Or do I just need to save up and buy more? The only way to max out the points with 4 ships is to use mainly the unique pilots and use a lot of upgrades. Thanks in advance for any help.
