A lot of people are using Ackbar due to what a point-and-click list it is and it does really well until they loose Ackbar. I'm seeing, like others the alternative type squadron builds do well and I think its the best counter to all those red dice

One consideration is dropping an advanced to a bomber squadron and taking Corruptor... This would drop me at 300 pts

Hi there, Looking for some feedback for a list similar to other imperial lists going around... VSD-II Screed, chiraneau, overload pulse, flight controllers, xx-9, hanger bay GSD-I Insidious, assault missiles Fel Rhymer 1 x interceptor 2 x bombers 2 x advanced Superior Positions Precision Strike Hyperspace Assault Chiraneau is there to allow squadrons to not get bogged down, however the flight controllers are there to make tie advanced hit like interceptors with blue dice vs other squadrons.

Thats why my mate won the Milton Keynes regionals in the UK last weekend with them huh? And since starting back to the game after a 10 month break, I've only lost 1 game using them whilst playing competitive games? Very true, if you make a mistake, you pay - which is what makes it very edge-of-your seat! Infact a single mistake cost me 2nd place at a store tournament last Monday. Its given me faith in playing the game, having got destroyed last year in the regionals using such a list. Nice to see something other than the typical net-lists winning, giving more choice to the meta to being competitive, with such an iconic imp squadron ship flown by Fel and the 181st... Clear Skys!
