  1. Probably just a mistake with the turn over of the year. They maybe have a sistem that auto uploads things at a certain time and having the year change to 2014 messed with it or something.
  2. Pictures are posted here: http://boardgamegeek.com/article/14402510#14402510
  3. Found this over at BGG. Apparently it was posted briefly on here and then pulled. Take from it what you will. Edit: Cached Link http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:ZfkD1cCLo-kJ:www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_news.asp%3Feidn%3D4569+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=de

  5. My question was this, if I summon my Agent on the first encounter (by paying 3 threat beforehand for the card and 2 during said encounter) and he doesn't die, does he carry over to the 2nd encounter? What about from the second encounter to the next quest? Do I have to pay 2 thread for each encounter or just once until he dies?
  6. So does the Agent go "Poof" after each encounter, after each quest, or when it dies? Spending 3 threat to buy the card and 2 threat to summon the agent seems like its a little too costly for a short time. Plus add the fact they can't use relics, not good.
  7. The only objection I have with that is Warlord OL class cards. With the use of low level Magus, it's a broken combo. And this is talking from an OL that has played it. I feel at least Reinforce needs a tweak. Bloodlust could most likely use a tweak as well. Otherwise, I agree! I haven't found anything else with the game that really needs fixing, aside from a few CK things, but that's another can of worms. I could see how it would be a problem with gaming groups that are "min/maxers" but I just play casually with my brothers and as the OL I will just pick monsters that I haven't used before, not because they would be the most effective.
  8. As for Errata just do what my game group does and play it how its on the card. Ignorance is bliss.
  9. I was going to comment on getting another OL class but I guess with this expansion there will only be 6. I enjoy the change in setting (the city will be awesome), what really stands out to me is the new mechanic of influence. These are what really sells the expansions to me along the similar lines of rumors and allies. Add in the fact that I can have a "persistent hero" AKA lieutenant packs and being the OL goes from a must to something I would have actually picked instead of "having to be it" do to buying the games.
  10. But by not looking at the entire deck and using up their gear, do you think it severely puts them at a disadvantage? We are all about theme and being surprised but if it harms game play really bad, its not worth it to us.
  11. In the rulebook it says that after the Act 1 interlude that you should show all of the act 1 item cards for the heroes to look at and buy. How important is this rule? I ask because one of the things our playgroup likes is not knowing what is in the deck and getting surprised when it shows up in the shopping step. Plus now that we have all 3 expansions, that means there is a lot of act 1 gear to spread out and we haven't seen the majority of it gear as it is. Would it be really harmful to the heroes to instead maybe do 2X items per hero instead of just showing all the gear or leaving it the same and doing X+1 like in any other normal shopping step or does it severely unbalance the game? Thanks
  12. I just picked up The Trollfens expansion today and I liked how they had digital PDFs of all the rulebooks posted under the Support area of the website. Any idea when they will put this one up as well?
