Maybe it's just me - but the rules around the refresh phase are unclear. It says: "Each manager refreshes all exhausted cards in his play area by rotating them to their upright position". What I don't understand is - then what. Once I untap them - do I take them back into my hand? If so - why bother unrotating them if I'm just going to pick it up? Please tell me what I'm missing. I love the game - but this most basic of rules is unclear to me. Thanks!
