Sorry for the lack of updates, work has been hitting me pretty hard lately and I've been getting pretty absorbed by Total War: Warhammer 2

What made you go with Drive over Pilot or Operate Vehicle? Is it because most of the time, it will be actual driving instead of flying?
Also, are you going to pimp the character sheet as well?

Chapter II - Skills is done. Pretty minor tweaks here, mostly just updating things to the new aesthetic, but figured it couldn't hurt to give you guys more to look at.
Seriously appreciate all the comments people are leaving on the other two PDFs by the way, it's a big help for my own editing.

Just a quick note; I remember there being some... disagreement... with using the term warband, back when the beta for 2nd edition was live. Are you going to keep that term? I notice that you've added tiers of play at the end, with Cells, Agents, and Warbands. Maybe it's a good idea to mix it up a bit in the text?

You can toggle off everything except the text itself courtesy of the layer support I've added in. Some pages will come out looking a little funky if you do that (because the text is still layed out to wrap around images, so you'll have a lot of weird white voids), but you also have the option to just disable the backgrounds and keep the art.

I've redesigned the statblock a bit too, to make it more 40k-ey.

Okay I bit the bullet. Here's a sample of what I'm going for with the next release of the PDF.

Background elements and artwork are all on PDF layers, so as long as you use a PDF reader with support for layers, you can toggle them all of if you want to print (although naturally things might look a little odd).
The background assets are from Dark Heresy Second Edition (the real FFG one, that is). Upscaled nicely with Waifu2x.

I finally had some more time to look at the project again. Turns out i had 10 of those spelling mistakes 🙄 anyways corrected them now thanks for pointing them out.

If they're the same size as the adversary cards for Star Wars, which I'm assuming they are, you'll want the grey sleeves. Or any other type that fits LCG sized cards.

Thanks for the kind words! Development has been pretty stagnant in all honesty, 2018 was a pretty wild year for me in terms of career and life changes.

At some point I do want to revisit this, combine Liber Heresius and the core book into one Second Edition release with appropriate rules updates and tweaks, but I'm not sure when I'll get the time to do that honestly. Will make sure I update this thread as soon as I have anything concrete. 

I just read through the document, and I do agree that there's some weird errors in there. It especially seems that FFG has a recurring issue with naming NPC's correctly. On page 22, they even forgot to use proper naming conventions by writing Takashi Tsume, instead of Tsume Takashi. I also find it funny that they mention Soshi Izura in the article, while he's named Soshi Ozuru in the adventure. It's a shame they don't put more focus on consistency in a setting that basically thrives on names. Sure, it's just details.... but still.
Now, as for the adventure itself, I like what I've seen. Can't wait to try this out with some friends. I do think that the adventure would benefit more from party conflict than cooperative play, though. Especially if the group consists of both a Crane and a Lion PC.
