  1. I havn't actually played any games using Air units yet, but I just wanted to get some clarity as to what this part meant. "When a hoverer performs a SUSTAINED ATTACK action, extra care must be taken to keep it as stabilized as possible to increase its accuracy. This also makes the hoverer more vulnerable to attacks from other units. After a hoverer performs a SUSTAINED ATTACK action, until the hoverer’s next activation, all other enemy units can target the hoverer with a SUSTAINED ATTACK action of their own. An enemy unit can only perform this SUSTAINED ATTACK as part of its own activation, and must be within range of the hoverer and use a weapon that can target its armor value to do so." Does the "action of their own" and "own activation" imply that you can do a normal attack/sustain attack to a hoverer with any unit? (by normal i mean roll, then re-roll misses)
  2. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply to the post, thank you. I am most likely going to get the tile set after a few play throughs, and probably after pick up a Allies medium and command squad (friend is picking up Axis units) first before the other units.
  3. I think I will get that then, from Secret Weapon, I like that there is a large variety of washes. Any idea if I should, and what kind, of sealers/varnish I would need? And if a spray or brush finish is better.
  4. Thanks for the replys. I read around, checked out some sites. It seems the Delta paints give the best bang for the buck. I have a problem finding washes though, at stores at least. - I will most like get any metallics from a model paint store online, same for the washes.
  5. First time painting miniatures, I was wondering where (aside from online) to buy paints. I am on a small budget as of right now, so I was wondering what stores carry the painting supplies needed for miniatures? I have a few craft stores around me such as Michaels and Joannes, would anyone know if they carry such supplies? If the cheapest option is online, if someone can point me in the right direction which site, that would be very much appreciated.
  6. Excited to play this game with a few of my buddies. Is there any tips or info I should know before I play through the game a few times, or any recommendations of any additional things I should buy before hand? Looking foward to playing!
  7. Yeah, I'm in the same boat, have a 3 person group, I'll look into those as well.
