  1. You know, Sgt. Horvath, Emperor's Champion of the Black Templars.
  2. This isn't the Imperial assault channel, the Xwing preview is here: https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2018/6/1/savor-your-achievements/
  3. You mean like the Official FFG tool that was in beta? (I am not sure how literal you are being about an "App," as Voidstate's "App" is a mobile enabled website) FFG attempted to create an official web tool that managed your collection, built squads, and even could be used to construct missions. It wasn't finished (I am not sure if they intended to add validation checking). The community never took to it because there were third party tools that could do the job better, and FFG stopped updating it. https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2014/8/28/x-wing-tm-mission-control/
  4. Oh hey, this excerpt from an earlier article linked to in that article explains what that thing is: "The Falcon is brand new and owned by Lando in the untitled Han Solo film. It has blue detailing all over it with a white base coat of paint. The other interesting detail is that we finally see the Falcon doing what it is supposed to do with cargo. Basically there’s an attachment that hooks into the front of the ship’s front “forks” and that elongates the front of the ship. It looks seamless but can also detached to drop a shipment of spice if Imperial entanglements get too complicated. The center of the ship allows for access to the cargo."
  5. Battlefleet Gothic used Centimeters. ::wistful sigh::
  6. They already did this at least once. At some point they redid the mold for the X-wing. There was a discussion about it when it happened. I would have to dig for the pictures.
  7. It depends on what kind of volcanic rock you get. I am assuming not basalt, as that is too heavy. Pumice is usually lighter in color (white, tan, or light yellow), and is essentially a sponge made out of glass. It is incredibly light, and in fact floats in water. Aside from the EXTREME warning to wear protective gear(including a dust mask of some kind) and to only work in a well ventilated area (hopefully outside) it requires no special tools aside from a pin vise to drill. Don't use a dremel or other electric drill, it is really hard to control depth with an electric drill on a material as fragile as that. Scoria (AKA Cinder, or lava rock) is usually darker in color (brown, black, or most commonly red). It is denser and heavier than Pumice, with fewer vesicles and thicker walls between them. It has a clay like feel, but is still fairly light, and is very easy to get from a landscape store. Again even though this is denser than pumice, and you could use a dremel, I would suggest a pin vice for this, it should still be fairly easy. Be sure to keep your bit clean, and go slow. Let the bit do the work, and don't use too much pressure, or the stone could shatter.
  8. I got in during Christmas of 2012, wave 1 only. I saved all my lists, so here is my first one. And wow is it embarrassing looking back on it. Biggs Darklighter, R2-F2 Wedge Antilles, R5-D8, Squad Leader Horton Salm, R2-D2, Proton Torpedoes, Ion Cannon Turret Ugh... so bad. As soon as wave 2 hit I switched to my Rebel Swarm list: 2x Prototype A-wing 2x Rookie X-wing Gold Y-wing with R2 and Ion Turret. That was a pretty solid list.
  9. I don't understand Hera there. Sabine(pilot) grants a free action before you reveal a dial, yes you could then PTL, but if you reveal a red maneuver you then lose your normal action, and end up with 2 stress. Which you would then have to clear before you could use Sabine's action again, since you cannot take free actions while stressed.
  10. Let me know, because I have been looking at a very similar list. I keep going back and forth on N'Dru vs Kaato. N'Dru really limits your options, you pretty much HAVE to split him off in order to justify his points, but your opponent will know that, and he is super easy to focus fire in one round.
  11. I think you might be missing the point, now it is possible that that same list will win 100-25 or 100-50 EVEN WITH both ships still on the board.
  12. Yeah I picked my avatar in wave 2. When the A-wing was the new hotness. But I rarely even play rebels anymore, I would LOVE a scum option. I tried to change my avatar when I started playing Scum exclusively and discovered I was stuck with this one if I wanted a ship avatar.
  13. "If a model begins its activation touching another ship and executes a [ 0] maneuver (or executes a maneuver that does move the ship away), the ships are considered touching." ... WHAT?
