Hoth Strategy: New Imperial, Experienced Heros

In general I normally pick, Royal Guards, Assassin droids, maybe e-web. They sure are hated by the rebels, especially having two royal guards standing next to each other. Providing one garantied defence plus they have reach and stun. An overrun tactic is also evil, because they cannot handle you making "12 attacks" on one unit each turn. Stun and bleed is often a perfect action stealing choice. Lockdown heroes. Make attack and retreat moves can be a nasty pain. You Only need to wound em all or stall them. Save up to 4 xp, buying the strong passive abilities, that for instance say every time an imperial unit attacks/defend... Accept that some missions are in favor of the imperial player and others are not. Many time-preassure missions, you can stall or just block everything, forcing them to use tons of actions on your meat-walls. I often experience that if the Rebels do not win, and they do win quite often, our games are mostly 60/40, they get a little whiney about the mission being a little too hard. Keep in mind that as the imperial player you know much more than they do, and sometimes it comes down to lady luck on the dices, either dodge or massive overkill. ? I hope my comment helps a little -

Hi, Question: I have a question regarding the "Emperor's Throne Room", If I have a Speeder bike scout, I can claim the Battle ground; "Emperor's Throne Room", use the special on my speeder bike to remove 1 of my opponent's die, and then take 1 additional action? Wording: Note: (However I get that I cannot use datapad, since "Throne room" only state that you may only resolve that specific die, and not all specials, which normally happens when you decide to resolve specials). If this is correct, then I find this a quite sexy move,

I played last store-tournament with the following crew, and got a 3rd place: Rexler Brath + HLC (always 4 dices + focus) -> "did 4 crits on a YT-1300 and on a VT-49, that pretty much killed em." Rear Adm. Chiraneau + Expose + Tactical Jammer + Rebel Captive + Moff Jerjerrod To say a few words... 360* 5 dice attack with Rear Adm. (to remove shields), then 4 dice attack with a white-k-turn Rexler, spending focus token to make 2-4 crits. That was more than effective. I did even beat the Rear Adm. + Whisper/Echo build, with full victory 100/0. So please, do not underestimate the TIE Defender -
Just to be clear - "You cannot make the same action with your ship twice doing a turn"? - even though you have a card giving you a free action from your action bar - or an pilot-ability that makes you do an action?
