Wow, so not only Dragon is easy, but them mystical powers ensure also consistant draw of PFB and flop of Niten Master early every game!
Even if you haven't them in the deck?
Tbh, my mvp isn't the obvious Niten Master, it's Raitsugu. And PFB is strong but Charge or Fury are more fun to play.
My "meta" is kinda small, being my wife and me mainly, with an outing at flgs once a month and my HMT unicorn/lion outpaced often my Dragon/crab.
Fielding PFB and NM and hoping they would be your main key to success is actually a recipe for failure, as you don't learn how to exploit other good Dragon resources, and limit your deckbuild  option to seeker.
I'm having my fun now with SOTP monk/shugenja, gotta love that sealed Raitsugu with a Katana of fire.

If you don't be afraid of provinces because you have PFB, Play attachments always on Niten Master, you are playing Dragon wrong and probably will get beaten by good players.
I have won with Uni against Dragon, Scorpion and Cranes and the only MU that seems skewed against Unicorn is Scorpion. The Dragon/Crab SOF MU against Uni/Dragon KOF is a coinflip, because while Unicorn struggles against Niten Master, Dragon has problems against Cav. Reserves and Unleash the Djinn. The Crane MU seems also very even because a lot of things you are doing is attachment based and Crane can easily run out of steam when confronted by 2 mil conflicts a turn. The Scorpion MU on the other hand is pretty horrible and the reason why I like playing Dragon atm.

I don't need to win to enjoy a game either, but I do enjoy a game more if we both feel the rules are clear.

Yes, and it resolves immediately. The effect just happens to exist past the resolution of the card.
No different than cards that affect an opponent’s actions on their next turn.

Okay, but he's Brad Andres, the lead developer and also the guy answering all rules questions submitted to FFG through their official rules inquiries form.  In other words, he's the guy.  Everyone defers to him...

Last year I went to 4 Store Championships and the average attendance was 13, this year I went to three, but the average attendance was 18. I don't have the exact numbers on Nationals, but on one of the podcasts (I think it was Your Destiny, but I could be wrong there), they had a comparison in people attending between 2017 and 2018 and attendance was up almost everywhere.

While the sealed deck costs the same, the value of the decks will be different. I would be very surprised if you can't make profit with some decks.

It was pretty obvious what the thread will contain, given that we have the same thread in the Discover thread and until one week ago in this one.

It's more about the complete package in my opinion. An upgrade can be ok on one thing and broken op on another. Some pilots are pretty dependent on certain upgrades, etc. Definitely not a nerf request. I have used every single one of these ships in a few games now personally and enjoy them all.
Boba Fett Firespray w/ Han gunner and Marauder title
Whisper w/ Vader Crew, Juke, and Collision Detector
Redline with Proton Torps and either Bombs /Traj. Sim or Advanced Sensors. Deathrain with Proton Torps and Bombs/Traj. Sim.
    4-LOM w/ Advanced Sensors and 0-0-0
    Palob w/ Moldy Crow
    Generic Tugboat mini-swarm
Wedge I guess? Sabine? Supernatural Luke is so good, but maybe just eats too much of the list? I still find it very difficult to build anything Rebel that approaches the efficiency of the other stuff I listed.

I like the idea of very restricted tournaments. People complained that competitive play ruins the game and I think that this is a nice change from the cutthroat min/maxing we usually see.

We have played many scenarios and editions of the D&D boardgame series, and as far as I can tell now (two scenarios), Discover is similar enough that it may be compared to those.
Similarities include the overall setting (co-op without overlord player, up to 4-5 characters, survival, exploration&fight), scenario game time and difficulty, structure of the game flow (survive a number of turns, then some boss fight/scene), random tile layout, fight structure and rewards, random regular (negative) environment effects.
The main difference is than in Discover, fights and overall randomness are toned down while planning (crafting, traveling on the map) plays a larger role.   OTOH, less randomness implies less variety on replay.
The uniqueness of the game is an abstract category, so far.  I don't think that this is really important.  The perceived replay value of a single copy depends on whether a known script still allows for a new, different and challenging game each time.  Trading for a new copy makes sense only if the game scripts and basic mechanics really differ between games, and you don't miss the old one.  I'm not sure whether this is the case.
I could imagine a different development, if the game succeeds: (fan-made) custom scenarios and campaigns that combine more than one copy/biome.  The basic mechanics appears to be solid and generic enough to support this.

If FFG knows what they are doing, they will make a skirmish game. War Games are not sustainable for FFG long term, especially with the prices they are charging for quality that is below the market leaders.

I think they will make a L5R miniature game that will replace Runewars and will use similar rules to XWing/Runewars.

What do you think is more efficient? Builds will most likely be as following
    Darth Vader (70)
    - Supernatural Reflexes (12)
    - Fire-Control System (3)
    -- Gesammt (85)
    Whisper (52)
    - Juke (4)
    - Darth Vader (14)
    - Collision Detector (5)
    -- Gesammt (73)

Lando/Shadowcaster isn't even one of the best lists atm. While there are certainly things that are better than others, it's no where near the degeneracy we often saw in 1.0.
