Maybe you should rethink your priorities. Being outraged, because people voice their concernes doesn't seem healthy to me.

Ignithas got a reaction from Taki in Tadaka Feelings
I don't think that Tadaka is overpowered, but he is a hard counter against hard control decks, a counter against tempo decks that include a lot of events and even strong against decks that only include some events (like Dragon). The problem I have with his design is that it is difficult to play around the effect of Tadaka, especially for control decks. Cards like Kisada or the new Crane guy punishes you, but don't outright forbid you to play something and are therefore better designed imo.

There may be some really great clearance deals as well on 1.0 ships.
My worst case scenario, I stick with 1.0. I Get a ton of ships (for Epic play and display) for cheap along with the X-Wing fix with Saw's renegades. That's a pretty **** good worst case scenario.

X-Wing’s shelf life just got extended for many years.  That’s the big takeaway.  These game mechanics we all love just got a complete refresh, and everything I can think of that leaders in the community asked for has been done.
Everyone’s financial situation is different, so I won’t judge anyone’s individual choices, but I’m confident the X-Wing community is in for many years of pew pew fun.  If someone quits, we’ll miss you, but the community should thrive.

Phoenix has currently 3 cards that send a character from your oponent home: Harmonize, Kanjo District and Radiant Orator. They have the most send home effects to reflect their pacifistic nature.

    Hello all,
we've begun our Stronghold Kit events at 401 Games in Toronto, and we are going to be doing video coverage of each event as it happens.  I'll be updating this post as I release games for Season 1 Event 1.  If you want to follow the progress of each Clan at this event, as well as view past tournament results, check out the info page here: http://vttv.live/2018/stronghold-control/

I think what he's getting at here is that only a Phoenix deck splashing CiF can actually steal it so the only true item destruction that is usable by all is Let Go via Dragon splash or Miya Mystic.
Assuming all the ancestral items will only be able to be equipped by the clan they are affiliated with, this does limit some of the decks that can hate this out.  While Dragon does remain a fairly good splash, it's not always optimal.  The top tier decks, Phoenix, Scorpion, Dragon have the attachment hate, and that is part of what makes them top tier as they are able to answer a variety of problems.  If other decks in the lower tiers keep this in mind when it comes to deck construction they can stick their opponent with dead cards or build their items count up to a point that they can overwhelm their opponent with good targets and not enough removal.
An example would be Phoenix with Unicorn splash.  Are you going to remove the Pacifism or Talisman or Spyglass or Ancestral Sword?  There are only so much item hate you can include and if you go full item removal suite, you run the risk of getting blown out by an event heavy deck.
My expectation would be the all clans end up with some form of item hate, but also the card pool will add more attachments option so that deckbuilders can still force people to hate out the correct items and punish them when they dont

I think I might just be feeding a troll, but I'll assume this is a genuine question.
Cav cards have pol stats, too. For Example, Shono makes Border Rider more relevant in Pol battles. He makes Outrider swoops more effective. He raises the value of Favored Mount and the Seal.
Unless you are Aggressive Moto. Decks that want two conflicts every turn don't run Aggessive Moto.

I don't like the first one, because it makes move in effects weaker and is telegraphed. Unicorn needs move out effects for this to work.
The second one is extremly strong and would definitly scare your oponent. I'd put its powerlevel above Brash Samurai. The only thing that is worse is that Brash Samurai can initiate a conflict by himself and trigger his action, while this one can't
This card would even be completely broken without the +3mil part. Bowing characters without the need of a conflict is simply stupid.

Policy Debate pretty much kills strategies by going wide, by discarding FGG. FGG is the only way going wide can keep up with the tempo from Phoenix and Dragon.

The reason why the imit isn't more restrictive is that most  conflict characters are (from a stats and effect Basis) worse than dynasty characters to balance the two fate difference of passing first and the flexibility. If we could take Dynasty characters as conflict characters, we would see a lot of decks with 10 conflict characters.

Shono is a really good dynasty card and not in a Unicorn sense of the word.
I made the experience that moving (and Unicorn in general) works best if you have small units and one big character buffed up with Spyglasses etc.
This card fits this role perfectly and you can even use your movement tech to boost your crew if he is bowed (and get a honored status for your voltron character).
The strengh of cards are hard to assess with different costs, but Nergui is easily the best Unicorn card that costs 4+.
Neguri and Juro are decent dynasty cards that are only praised because they are purple.

Ignithas got a reaction from Mon no Oni in Support of the XXXXXX (Role cards)
At the moment it looks like they will be available with every clan expansion and will be playable instead of the elemental role. There could be changes to this rule however. There were rumors that it would be possible to make alliances, which would enable all players from a clan to play the support role from an allied clan in addition to the elemental role.

If we will get neutral SHs (which could be happening with Mantis), they probably would only be able to play a support role and not an elemental one.

Ignithas reacted to AllWingsStandyingBy in Katrina Ostrander is leaving FFG. What this means for L5R.
I think they're likely to lock-down Rian Johnson to take over the plot direction for L5R.

    The basic premise:

Toturi goes missing (again), and a series of tournaments culminating at Worlds will determine which Clan's "seeker" will finally find Toturi. When the clan's eager seeker finally stumbles upon Toturi and hands him the Ancestral Sword of the Lion Clan, Toturi scoffs and throws it over his shoulder.  It turns out Toturi doesn't want to be found, and he rambles on and on about how the Void doesn't work the way everyone thinks it does and that the Void actively balances the four elements so that one can never be stronger than the other.  He then suckles green milk from the teat of a Naga as comedic-relief Nezumi Nuns keep having their stuff accidentally broken by the seeker.

Meanwhile, the opening scroll reveals to us that the Shadowlands have suddenly and without opposition taken over the Empire again.  The Great Clans are on the run, but some new Dark Scroll magic makes it impossible for the remaining heroes to escape through Void portals created by the Phoenix.  Eventually, after a pointless side quest that includes a chirpy kitsune fox taking out several armed guards by spitting koku coins at them, the entirety of Rokugan's armies is whittled down to just 14 Heroes, two from each Clan, who escape onto on old rickety kobune ship after a kiho-technique astral projection from Toturi's spirit buys them time to escape.

Then Rian Johnson quits and leaves the story's continuation in someone else's hands.

If they remain a part of the Alliance, then I have no issues with the Minor Clans joining together and showing up those Great Clans. It was when they merged together as the Mantis that things eventually went bad. They just seemed to look at the people and say "Mantis Clan equals Yoritomo family"

Not that the Mantis were alone in having that sort of rubbish shoved on to them, it was just more jarring to those like me who got into this game and joined the Alliance just on seeing cards like Mukami and Tsuruchi

I definitely think there are issues with the 6x6 method of distribution. Not necessarily from a seller perspective. Been said before, anyone who wants them will buy them. More casual players will buy them at a more casual rate. The main issue is that is keeps the environment stagnant. If that happens, it reduces the players playing the game and ultimately reduces your competitive and casual appeal. I think they need to reconsider this to build interest and keep people interested. Even if they were all packs larger like DotV and they had 6 releases a year, that would be better.

    1. Counters against triggered abilities (like Treachery in AGoT).

    3. Better Unicorn cards and mechanics that are not moving.
    4. Cards that support swarming (because swarming is discouraged by game design).

Why did you cross those out? Unicorn players fear, or are annoyed by, their own characters way more than any other clans characters.
