  1. I think the pilot card storage would be once. I have a crapton of cards as I have 4 of every ship except shuttles 3 and firesray 3. That's a lot of pilot cards I carry around. I also demo the game so having the multiples are important. If you have a few ships, the boxes may not be very appealing.

  2. I would guess these items will be exclusive to the kits. After having used all 3 kits that FFG has put out for game nights, the range rulers were the most sought after. The target locks were Ok, and the shields are really cool, but all of my league players ask me when FFG will be putting out more range rulers.

You may find some of this stuff on ebay as I have seen and purchased shield tokens off ebay for $2 each. I like them so i purchased them. The store that supports the league i run get 3 kits each time they come out. That gives a lot of free acrylic items to give out to players. With the store championship kit, they will probably be limited to one per store so they will be limited to 5 rulers and 2 boxes plus the 36 cards. I am really looking forward to this item.

  3. The current Errata for gunner and Luke reads “After you perform an attack that does not hit, you may immediately perform a primary weapon attack." This means to me that the affect from gunner and Luke is now optional and FCS could trigger first since it is from the initial attack. This is once again word play, but as a TO I would rule that since the MAY was added it goes into the realm of player choosing first trigger, second trigger, etc.

  8. Jetsetter, We seed matches by the standings each week. This has eveolved a bit grom our season one to the current matchups in season 2. I pod out the top 8 and the second 8 players. Each pod matches 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6, and 4 vs 5. The matches are 100 point standard battles. In season one we played two matches with the first being a 100 point match, and the second being some crazy thing I could think of for that week. We have played a lot of capture the flag. Season two evolved from a second match scenario myself or a league player would come up with, and the first match is still 100 points. The sky can be the limit with what you want to do with the game as long as it doesn't alter the game to much. Make sure your LGS is ordering league kits for the tokens to be dispersed to members and the cards as entry gifts.

  11. The second TO can also be playing but he makes rulings on the Main TO's games. I am a TO and I choose not to play in tournaments so there can be zero conflicts. I also do not play in most league night events unless we have an odd number from our 16 players which would keep someone from playing. Ine thing to think anout in the future is that if there is an issue, speak up. It is the primary job of the TO to make sure all disputes are dealt with, and if a player loses because of anothers actions and not gameplay, then it ruins the spirit of the game and the competition at hand.
