  1. Either. I like and use the fan-made species guide. But I would like a convenient source for the species that are scattered through all the books.
  2. I love Ewoks. As long as they are collecting stuff from other books, I would appreciate an official species guide.

  5. Battle for the Golden Sun is tough for beginners but is also a great module. Starfall has a difficult buy in for players but is a fun module.
  6. https://www.erictrautmann.us/2017/02/08/i-am-one-with-the-force-the-force-is-with-me/ I just ran across this on r/StarWarsD6. It is short but very well done.
  7. I misunderstood your title and came here for ideas on how the rules might allow for player character death. It is very hard for a player character to die in the Star Wars RPG. I am partially convinced this fits Star Wars fairly well but in a modern, horror, or war-centric game, I would like to see some more lethality in the system. As it stands, after a character drops from reaching Wound or Strain threshold, an enemy would have to continue to injure the character multiple times before death would be an issue.
  8. Docking clamps are mentioned in the Beginner Box adventure Escape from Pos Shutta (Encounter 4). They are an obstacle to the characters getting off Tatooine and are part of the spaceport controlling ship departures. Same name different thing? bl
  9. A favorite droid of mine is a Labor droid who is very strong and durable. It does all of the heavy lifting for the other characters: "Here, let me get that for you." It is humble in its long-suffering service: "Well my simple logic circuits are those of a baseline model, but it seems to me…" Usually, it has the simple country wisdom of Andy Griffith's characters and a willingness to please and to suffer any indignity for the sake of its companions.
  10. Dug. Because a dug gunslinger would be awesome. Not as awesome as a dug RealDoll®, but still.
  11. This is not a single criminal organization but I recently collected all of the bounties from the old LucasArts video game Bounty Hunter and formatted them for the iPhone. The idea was to text them to my players every day or so, so that their characters might be on the lookout for bounties or known criminals in the background of our sessions. It is sort of a big file and I have taken some license in updating the criminals to sometime around A New Hope but most of the information (including all of the pictures) comes from wookieepedia. https://www.dropbox.com/s/rnjow60b390egdx/Little Bounties.zip?dl=0
  12. This is the sheet for our group. It is now the only one we use. Excellent work.
  13. I ran a prison break scenario where an outside group was breaking in to find and kill the imprisoned PCs. The guards were mostly taken care of and the PCs had to find ways to combat their attackers with no weapons. There was a lot of collateral damage but the characters managed to use the location in their favor. After defeating the bad guys that were coming to get them, they walked out of the ruined prison. The players appreciated not having to plot an escape plan, though I would not use this option too often. The planning is an important part of player participation in prison scenarios.
  14. I would say it is automatic and would cost no hard points. Since the construction of a lightsaber requires such precision, I would think they could stand up to all elements fairly well. I remember the WEG D6 boiling water comments but the Clone Wars adopted a much more SpongeBob manner of being underwater. I would side with the Clone Wars interpretation. If I needed to place a hardship on an underwater lightsaber user, I would preserve it for a damaged weapon.
  15. The first stop in our Unknown Regions campaign was on Qoribu, a gas giant with fifty-five moons. Qoribu is Legends, having appeared in the Star Wars Atlas, I think. But we expanded on what we found there.
