  1. Player A decides to encounter Player B.  The encounter sequence states that it starts with a chance to evade, then cast spells, then battle or psychic combat, etc.  Player B casts "Finger of Death" and takes two lives from player A.  Player B uses the Scribes ability and discards a different spell and keeps "Finger of Death".

Question:  The rules state that a player can only cast "ONE" spell on a another characters turn.  Can Player B cast "Finger of Death" a second time on Player A to essentially take four lives as long as the spell is discarded the second time as per the Scribes ability? or could Finger of Death be only cast once because it is not Player B's turn?

  2. Thanks for the list….but my question is…does the player to the left (as stated on Grumpy Wizard) get the benifit of the spell? For Example from your list…Mind Steal…does the "left" player get the spell taken from the one who drew the event?????

  3. We had yet another argument!! The Grumpy Wizard event state that the player who drew the event must draw spells from the spell deck until he gets one that targets a player, then the spell is cast at the player who drew the event and the spell is consider to be cast by the player to the left of the one who drew the event. The spell was mesmerism. I said that the follower is to be chosen by the player on the left and then discarded, becasue the grumpy wizard was the one who cast it. All of the other player voted that the player on the left gets to keep the follower chosen. Which is it?

  4. Does the Spellbook from the city and the ability of characters who start their turn by getting a spell if their craft allows, stack?? Our problem occured when the Fire Mage bought a spell book, and then on the start of his turn said he got 2 spells one from his ability and the other from the spell book. Is this right??

  5. I have another question about the Tinkerer. Can the Tinkerer change his objects into followers at any time? If so, that means that if anyone defeats him in combat/battle the tinkerer can change objects that the victor wants into followers….robbing them of the object taken victory.

  6. Ok we had a similar situation, but the one player in the middle was turned into a toad via random and the optional ending of Hand of Doom was there, Does the "toad" player get to roll for the Hand of Doom as a Toad? OR does the toad plaer wait until he reverts to roll the Hand of Doom?
