  1. No, LtP pg 6: Heroes are the only figures that can use both of their actions to perform attacks during the same activation. If a special action (A) involves one or more attacks, this does count as the figure using an action to attack.
  2. Despite being underpowered it is still Vader that's being represented there. And since if you fully read into the flavor text everything you're fighting is a ghost I see no reason to disallow it's use.
  3. Seriously, Why could neither this question or the rule book use the word "TIER" which is how the decks are defined in the campaign log.....
  4. So on the Campaign log for the second side mission it says that rebels get items from Tier 1 and 2. But the rules don't specify what that means? Do you deal out an equal number of 1s and 2s? Or do you deal till you run out of 1s and then deal 2s. The second one seems more reasonable to me, and I'll be sending the question on since I haven't seen anyone else ask. But what's your opinions? Never mind see my complaint here: http://community.fantasyflightgames.com/index.php?/topic/131487-shopping-at-i-ii-and-then-shopping-at-ii-iii/?p=1400991
  5. Rules aren't in front of me but I think I would have still placed it as close as possible without displacing any figures.
  6. Short answer, it will downgrade the red to a purple. This would follow the general upgrade/downgrade rules that are in chapter 1 of the CRB.
  7. The point is that it's just one way. The Heroes can move and shoot through the door with no action penealty, but after they retreat away the Imperials still have to open/destroy the door to get through.
  8. There's two reasons for me to use it. a) The short term problem of not enough dice. I've got dice packs on order but until then. b) Automatic canceling of results. I'm willing to let the players roll the Imp defense dice.
  9. OK, so the All Terrain Riot Control Transport has a Light Suppression Cannon. This is found on pg 53-54 of Far Horizons. It's a personal scale weapon mounted on a vehicle though. Something tells me that they'll all be that way. And ya, the Rotary Repeating Blaster is found in Arda (also on pg 54) and is personal scale as well.
  10. Here's all the vehicle mods minus the standard weapons list (I do need to add those). http://swrpg.viluppo.net/transportation/vehicleattachments/ I don't know that I've ever seen the ones you list. I also am a Mac user so can't see what you're referencing.
  11. RRG pg 16: "If either of these lines passes through a wall, figure, or blocking terrain, then the figure does not have line of sight to the target."
  12. Now that I have my rule book in front of me and can double check I think you're right. This is definitely preventing things like Fenn's and Gaarkhan's Special Actions from being interrupted while they are on top of someone. Though I would expect that should something like my above AoO ability come about we might see an errata to the rule that rewords it as you state above. For now it's not an issue since we don't have that type of ability, and maybe we never will. Of course there's an aside to this as well. Interrupts may only seem to interrupt actions, not movements anyway "When resolving an interrupt ability, players pause the current action of the game and resolve the interrupting ability." emphasis mine.
  13. You haven't missed anything on the AoO front, there are none. I'm concerned about the way you worded your last statement though. The heroes don't get 4 straight actions. A) they get a standard activation of 2 actions then you get and activation. B) while you can game it with the ordering 1221 each turn to achieve the effect of each player going twice in a row, they do each have to take one of their activations before either can take their second activation each round.
  14. I think we've hashed out the original question well, but I'm going to address what I think “A figure’s action cannot be interrupted while the figure is in a space containing another figure.” really means. Imagine if you will a Special Ability that worked like an attack of opportunity. We've seen other characters have "interrupt" abilities that respond to enemy actions, so while this isn't a general rule I could see a specific action come about eventually. I would imagine it would be worded as follows: When an adjacent enemy figure exits their space, interrupt their movement and perform a [MELEE] attack. So if all the spaces around you are empty and someone tries to walk by you get a free attack. However if someone else is already adjacent to you and a figure moves through that adjacent figure to get by you, your special ability would not be able to take effect because you would be "interrupt[ing] while the figure is in a space containing another figure.”
  15. Latest preview is up: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_news.asp?eidn=5294 Locations and Modular Encounters
  16. Unique in this instance refers to deployment cards with the square symbol in front of their name which is another defined rule term. Not unique as in individual.
  17. Beat me to the number but here's a list as well. http://swrpg.viluppo.net/character/species/
  18. Oddly enough I had only just gotten a chance to listen to this episode. It's episode 39, and was a specific question he was answering. Probably a good section to listen to overall as well. It's right at the beginning of the episode so it's easy enough to listen to and "dump" the rest of the ep.
  19. Ya, the problem is that "below freezing" is a nebulous term. How far below? All the way to Absolute Zero? The problem wasn't that it was just cold that night but that is was really really cold.
  20. So maybe it's just me, but take a look at these two creatures: http://swrpg.viluppo.net/adversaries/creature/1750/ http://swrpg.viluppo.net/adversaries/creature/1757/ When I added the Narglatch I was like "Cool, Suited to the Cold, I hope the Tauntaun is in here too". Then when the Tauntaun came up a I was a little shocked that it didn't have the same ability. I mean, come on, this isn't a separate book these two are in that maybe they didn't think of the ability before hand. These guys are only separated by one page!! I doubt this would even be classified as an Errata, but it's so frustrating. Also, Stay on Target is now "complete" in the Index: http://swrpg.viluppo.net/books/book/21/
  21. Only what little you can see in the layout spreads in the original article The main numbers are pretty obvious. Looks like all the bbilities that are on the Grey cards are still there. Each adds a new ability though.
  22. The way I read that is that when I buy a Oversized mount that lets me add a Light Turbolaser to a YT-1300, they are fixed to model of ship and weapon type. That I can't carry that Turbolaser to a Skipray Blastboat (also sil 4) or change the weapon to a Tractor Beam without modification. Maybe you can use modification to make the conversion from one ship/weapon to another. But maybe you can't and it's eaiser to buy a new mount.
  23. I'll try and keep up and keep the main topic up to date as people add below. Pg 21: fourth paragraph, third sentence. It says: Given the context, the word should probably be "devout" or "devoted followers." (ref Yoshiyahu) Pg 41: SoroSuub Persuader: in the table it only lists "Slow Firing" instead of "Slow Firing 1" as described in the detail paragraphs.
