Thank you for the link! I like the board itself (the art is amazing), but I think it would be cool to see 3-D miniature But I like the looks of the 3-d boards as well, they're very well done

As I have already looked literally for a yellow sign and don't see anything, I'm assuming it's an abstract yellow sign? And thanks for the welcome, I'm going to enjoy my isolated padded cell

My boyfriend and I read the rules before we played. I relied on him to "really" read the rules since while I learn the rules easily, I suck at explaining things. It's going well so far, we got half way through (maybe a bit less?) before he left. We feel like we're getting the hang of it, though we missed some of the rules. It's kind of hard to remember them all, right away. We're trying to right any rule we miss though, and it's fun Though any game that has the term "doom" when referring to tokens MUST be fun (and evil )

I've only played a half a game of Arkham Horror so far (I'm playing with my boyfriend, and he's sick ), but I'm already OBSESSED. It's an amazing game, but I don't really want to pay $200 for the miniatures, especially since I don't see any of the big bosses in miniature form. Yes, I realize the tools and stuff will definitely end up being more then $200 (even unpainted, probably), but since I need an activity for relaxing before bed, carving sounds kind of cool. Has anybody done or thought of doing this? If so, was there any problems with it? I love 3D art, usually I'm a fan of papermache (not the simplistic stuff that little kids do, like huge projects with papermache everywhere)
