  1. My local store seemed clueless as well, and ofcourse it says out of stock here on FFG.
  2. I'll be there with my stuff, but primarily to play SAGA Dark Ages Skirmish. It sounds like there should be some others there though? Also, someone on the NHMGS fb group mentioned there would be some players at the store on Sunday.
  3. 2 core sets. 2 Y Wing Boosters. 1 X-Wing Booster. 1 Tie Fighter Booster. 1 Tie Advanced Booster. Plan to get at least one more Tie Fighter… Wave 2 plans: 1 YT-1300. 1 Firespray. 2 to 3 A Wings. 1 to 2 Tie Interceptors.

  5. Thanks guys… looked at my rules again today and slapped my forehead!
  6. Okay, maybe I missed this somewhere, but I didn't see an example for this situation in the book: If a character has an equal characteristic and skill, do they only get 3 ability dice, and no proficiency dice? Thanks!
  7. No, I would not like to see 'Jedi' in the Edge of the Empire book. Force savants, sensitives, basic users, sure… full-on Jedi, Sith etc… no. I think it's important to have a robust non-force system in place before introducing the possible unbalancing that can occur with lots of force use in the game. This was a large problem I had with Saga, while it was really fun to play a Jedi, the non-Jedi were bland and effectively unessential with force users around. Slowly 'ramping-up' force users up in the follow-up books seems like a wise decision to me.
  8. The second link I posted above is the new 'approved' link.
  9. Now with soundtrack and sfx! Long live the Emperor!
  10. This is why I like to use maps and miniatures.
  11. It's been revealed! Yay! I'm hoping this means it will be out quickly after the beta period is finished. www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_news.asp $30 is a great price for what you get too. Though I hope they release more details soon on the final version of the core book, and what the physical dice set will run for too…
  12. If this doesn't put you in the mood for Star Wars Dogfighting, I'm not sure what wil!? Well done Anime space battle sequence, warning, it's pro Empire! www.youtube.com/watch
