  1. Jumping up to join the boarding party, Edad unholsters his gun. He briefly considers the stun setting, but the decides not to. "Trell did say "..unless you are a good shot," he mumbles to himself. Beginning to tingle with anticipation of the upcoming battle, the Duros can't help but wonder what interesting things may be on the pirate vessel. "I'll bet they have stuff they don't even realize is valuable," he tells himself to help calm some of the nerves. Joining his compatriots, he seems the same mix of nerves and excitement on most of the faces. In fact the only person who doesn't appear to show any nerves is the gambler.   3. Edad pours over the the screens and readings one last time. Watching as the "distressed" ship gets closer, he releases the strap on his blaster and turns the safety off, preparing for the worst.   5. Edad pours over the sensor station, trying desperately to get a bearing on the seemingly distressed ship. With the stress of the ship falling apart around him, and his relatively untrained skills in this area, he can't find anything on the sensors. "Great!," he thinks to himself.   6. I will do exactly that, once you tell us when the next round starts, possibly with the droid's assistance again. I can't wait to hear the condescension... Oh, and for the 3 advantage, I'll toss out a floating boost and heal one of my strain.

  8. That will be an Easy Check with environmental modifier to find and to attempt to reestablish comms. That looks like that will be DAAAPS for my computers check. Just wanted to verify before rolling.
  9. Sorry for the lack of input that past few days. I've been busy at Origins since Wednesday. I will get my check rolled and written up by Sunday at the latest.

  11. Rapidly going through display screens and enter commands, all while listen to "Prefect" drone on over his shoulder, seems to begin to take it's toll on the sweating Duros. Suddenly, the screens indicate the sensors are back on line and the subspace communications come to life. Edad eases back into his seat, exhaling a deep sigh of relief. Slipping his hand into his pocket, he grasps his trinket and closes his eyes to enjoy a brief respite before moving on.
