  1. I got myself in. I changed my password and the system worked with my new password.

I tried (multiple times) but it says my password is wrong - it itsn't, I even copied my password from the reminder email, but it's still wrong. It's the same email and password I use to login here. I have the exact same issue.
  3. I would buy 1 or 2 sets. Chasing the black die around the table was super annoying.
  4. How did the OL block Tomble in a hallway? His feat would allow him to bypass the monster where he could run down the goblins.
  5. I clicked my wishlist with Descent on top the moment GenCon 2012 events went on sale, and I still missed it and all of the Descent 2.0 sold out. I hope FFG is able to add some more Descent events considering the demand.
  6. I would interpret that her ability will only prevent monsters from appearing due to terror effects or adventure card rewards or penalties. I don't think "at midnight" effects occur during any players turn, but are their own phase, so monsters can still appear at midnight when she is the investigator.
  7. Some rewards even give you a doom token.

Unfortunely, this fix does little to fix Kate Winthrop's broken ability, since in that case you can always chose to use it on the last turn of every day, avoiding monsters placed by midnight cards and doom track advances.... 9. Baenre said: It's fairly clear it's a carry over from playtester wording about "adding a task" to a monster. His ability, as i played it with the designers at Gencon ADDS to a mosters complete task. Thusly, all monster with Shub as your goo will have an extra Terror result added to them in order to complete the task. The games definition of a "Task" is all the DIE results you need in one of the horizontal rows on an adventure card. The die results are not tasks which is why Shub's wording is clearly a printing error most probably from an editor missing it during proofing. I tend to think this is correct, that the Terror should be added to the task, not add a terror task. The monster would actually be harder to defeat with the result added to the task than with a second task.
  10. Thanks. That is how I was playing the effect, it just seemed to be way too powerful when I was playing the dragonlords scenario.
  11. The card states: "When Played: Reveal the top card of your deck. If it is a unit with strength 3 or higher, discard it. Otherwise draw it into your hand." Does this mean draw into your hand any "unit" with less than 3 strength, or any card that is not a unit with strength 3 or higher? For example, if I draw a gold, does it go into my hand?
  12. Thanks, that is what I thought. I needed to clarify since I cheated when I did my first solitaire then after thinking about it more closely realized that it was likely already destroyed. Its ok, I will keep wounding my nasty little berserkers and if the attrition misses, return them. If not, they are cheap.
  13. I think I know this answer but I want to be sure. Can the ability of the Warlock Chieftan return a card that is slated for destruction by attrition die back to the top of your deck? I think that it can not since the ability says at the end of combat and attrition is resolved prior to the end of combat. But, I see this being a common question and would like clarification/consensus.
  14. I have never played Blood Bowl and I went into GenCon with this completely off my radar. But, there was a demo table opening up Thursday morning so I sat down and tried it, finished my demo and shook my butt into the line to buy it before it sold out. It was a fun little game with a very cool theme.
  15. Think of Enemy cards as another player. You can't use the destroy effects on them.
