Why would you shave a wood elf?

that's for warpstone mutation style. Bald elves are the ugliest race EVAR. =)

I do not think it pays to Call the Brayherd.
In my opinion, too few units. Do not mix the control of Call the Brayherd. Far too little support , with the Orcs vomit.
Too much unnecessary tactics. In my opinion this deck to rebuild.

Developments Control - Daemon Prince + Desecrated Temple + Fledgling Chaos Spawn = thus control units - Den of Iniquity + Seduced by Darkness and Units Control - Sorcerer of Tzeentch

I did not get a chance to see all of the decks being played. I think there might have only been one High Elf deck, but I might be wrong there might have been zero.  Chaos and Empire had the most decks present.  There were a few dwarves and Dark Elves.  As well as a handful of Orcs.  I did hear someone say that there were seven decks running Call of the Breyherd.  One of those decks also had End Times in it. 
 
There was a lot of concern among people of the dominance of Breyherd, and I did hear several people sound very happy that none of those decks made the top four.  Two of them did make the top 8 (the one with End times, and another one that actually had Dark Elves and Orcs in it as well).  

I would say that the sacrifice is part of the cost, and happens as soon as you play Mork's Teef Ritual, so there's no way for your opponent to kill you unit before it is sacrificed. Therefore, unless the opponent can respond by discarding all units from your hand, you can play a unit of your choosing at the resolution of the tactic (and take the damage to your capital). If you don't have any units in hand at the point of resolution, I guess you won't take any damage.

There were close to 30 that played. We did 4 rounds and broke to top 4.
Top 8 got this play mat. My 9 year old came in 5th! (I did terribly)

Top 4 got a laptop bag with the same art on the front. I really wanted one!

Louisville's Bobby Graves won with a Wood Elf / Empire deck.

I believe I read somewhere else on the forums that the capital boards for the other six races were distributed as participation during regionals over the last few years.  They were double-sided and had a different race on each side of three cards. 
 
I honestly have never seen them myself, so I can't confirm.  I looked to see if they had any for sale on eBay, but found nothing.  Personally I would like a smaller capital board I could throw in a deck box instead of carrying it seperately.

I really pray for this as I have besides orc every skaven card so far (I've lost hope for another playable mechanic for orc, damaged units, more hammers in the battlefield...sigh)
