  1. Something to celebrate - both are finally listed as "On the Boat" today. 😀 Strange since they've been on sale in the UK for a month or so but at least the silence has ended.
  2. It's puzzling. Sadly, the last new PODs to be released (nightmare or standalone) was nearly a year ago when the second half of the Dreamchaser nightmare decks came out in May. Fresh POD inventory has been showing up at online retailers, so that rules out issues with printing. Caleb was helping on the digital game at some point, which may have meant deprioritizing non-cycle products. Traditionally, the GenCon/Fellowship deck was released in February or March, but this year there are two that may require revisions based on playtesting. Hopefully we see them released in Q2.
  3. It's clear that they expected higher demand for the digital game. FFG needs to unbundle the starter set from this edition; otherwise, it's a wasted opportunity to drive interest in the LCG. Hopefully this will happen sometime after the digital game is released.
  4. I posted this here because it seems relevant to the reprinting delays as well as the direction and future of the game akin to the new digital product (which is struggling for traction). In both cases, assets are being re-used and clear parallels exist between the games. It also speaks to FFG's approach to managing product lines for IPs (similar to the direction of Star Wars).

  6. I use Avery Sheet Protectors #74171. They're heavy gauge so hold up and work for the rules booklet as well. They're decently priced on amazon.
  7. Speaking of fresh start to old expansions...why not a similar approach as Arkham LCG around the "Return to..." boxes? With as many cards that are avilable, it's really new quests and objectives within old expansions that would add huge value to collections.
  8. From the unboxing stream on Twitch, the LE starter set had a UPC on the back (at about 14:41 here). That's promising for being sold separately in the future.
  9. It's been a few weeks....anyone actually see this show up at their FLGS or in an online store? Even the store link in the article is broken.
  10. in the combat phase of every round, each engaged enemy receives one shadow card. [page 18]
