I am playing the Ice and Fire Roleplaying Game by Green Ronin, and it strikes me how nice the House buildning rules and feeling could be implemented for Game of Thrones LCG.Th idea of building a House with your friends and you all take a role as one of the Heirs and keep Banner Houses, military and resources and characters under you control.

Anyone that heard of news for a future co-op game for Game of Thrones LCG?
Thanks,

Great, thanks! Makes sense now.

I would like to get some ideas in which order I should introduce the adventures published so far.
The adventures and packages I liked mostly from reading reviews so far is (in the order I thought/planned so far):
- Introduction? A Day Late, Shilling Short Adventure (rank 1)
- Eye for an Eye (rank 1)
- The Gathering Storm (rank 1-2)
- Edge of Night (req rank?)
- Witch's Song (req rank?)
I really like the tone of Witch's Song so I would like the players to get there as soon as they are ready, maybe right after the Gathering Storm? At the same time I like the social games in Edge of Night a lot too... Too much to do, too little time...

I playtested that adventure, and it was definitely a blast even in playtest. Lots going on, lots for the PCs to do and find out using social skills. The important thing, I think, is for the GM to track the positions of the PC and NPCs in the various rooms at the various times. I made location cards for each of the areas of the house and grounds, for example, and we used standups or tokens for the various NPCs. I then made a big clock with hands that I moved as the evening wore on as an obvious timekeeper. It was a lot of fun.
Oh yeah, and Skaven can be a pain in the butt for PCs.

Great ideas! I will copy this approach.
- location cards
- big clock with hands
- and maybe adding a social progress tracker

What is the opposite of Chaos in WHFRP? It would be relevant if such 'force' could help contain the spread or at least delay it corruption forces. A specific disciple of a God of Order, Magical Order, or possibly forces of Pure Nature (balance)...?
Anyone who can enlighten us?

Ok, so for example:
My opponent makes a melee strike every 'turn' (recharge 0)
As a defender, and in this case a useless 'commoner', I do the following:
- 1st turn I dodge (woops)
- 2nd turn I parry (with a stick), dodge recharges 1 (end of turn)
- 3rd turn I just watch as I get cut in two, dodge recharges 2, parry recharges 1
- 4th turn I dodge, oh! I cannot since I am dead..
If I were even more useless I couldn't even dodge (since I have not 3+ Agility) or parry (since I have not 3+ Strength)...
What have I misunderstood?
-
I don't find and don´t understand why parry, dodge and block actions have a recharge time of 2?
Thankful for clarification.

Correct '1 die per miniature targeted'.

Congrats! I am jealous...

Another short question, what type of cover do you treat a fallen medium robot for, 'soft cover' or 'hard cover'? Personnaly I replace a fallen robots with crate so it can be used for cover, usually treat is as soft cover.

Ok, thanks! It makes sense, but where does it say so in the rules....?
Cheers,

Also, if you haven't read the rules, there's a bunch of cards there.
And, check out my Heroes spreadsheet on google docs, I've compiled all the info on the heroes there (except Beravor).

After a few sessions I have no good experience with the Flamethrower and the Napalm Thrower. I assume it is because I have intepreted the rules incorrectly.
The way I have understood is that you have 2/6 chance of damaging for example a squad with 1 damage...
So how should I interpret for the:
- Napalm Thrower 1/cross and 1/skull?
- Flamethrower 1/cross?
Could it be that I roll one dice for each individual attacked by the flamethrower/napalm thrower?
Thankful for clarifications!
-
The reason I were confused is that is says (1) after the Bazooka on the Squad Card... but not after the Panzerfaust.
Adding the clarifications from u'all above, I am on!
-
In my opinion it makes more sense if the Bazooka can be recharged and the Panzerfaust is a one-time use.
Has this been discussed before, and how many 'rounds' is reasonable for the Bazooka?

to the list i will add "outpost" , its a modern era zombie pic , but its plot centers on a nazi zombie program that is still "running" for lack of a better word .
Excellent!
This short trailer gave me some good scenario and RPG ideas right away. Wonder if anyone have links to floor plans for bunkers, submarines, WW2 ships, command centers, prisons etc? Considering making a series of scenarios for some friends where I am the Axis and the other 2 share the Allied forces, of course I will play all the bad and nasty Axis and handle all their weird weaponry and 'special forces'...

Also, Artizan Designs has some pretty good painting color guides for varrious WWII uniforms on both the Allies and the Axis.
Excellent site!

Something like this, anything else I need?
1x US Paint Set
1x US Armour (Mid/Late)
2x Wargamer - Detail (paint brush)
1x German Infantry Paint Set
1x German Armour (Mid/Late)
What about colours for terrain/obstacles/bunkers?
//Thanks,

Hi,
Just purchased my set of Dust: Tactics together with 4 small squad sets, waiting for more stuff later this week.
I done some painting before (WH Fantasy and Lord of the Rings), but I need some advice on colour sets? Probably want to make them similar to the boxes with some differencies. Should I just pick out the colours I like or is there some coding that could be useful, for example if I order by phone/mail?
Thanks beforehand!

Thanks for the clarification!

I'm toying with the idea of homebrewing a system just for Dust. Using combat as is, and just adding a simple skill system for use in and out of combat. I just have alot of ideas right now, but once I get something put together maybe I'll post it on the forums.
As far as established systems maybe the new Gamma World would be something that would work. It's sort of 4th ed. DnD lite, very simple and easy to modify.
Maybe Twilight 2000 would be good? I played this long time ago and it rocks! Check it out: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=411&it=1&filters=0_0_10115_0

Yea I bought the walkers from Hobbylinks and plan on making cards for them. Also if you guys want I can put a post on my site and you guys can put up your own stories and fluff. Other than that nothing really is up on the fluff. I can also put up descriptional fluff up for each unit as written in the rulebooks website and graphic novel but thats as far as I can see anyone doing it.
According to Hobbylinks site, the models have size 1/35, is that correct and works with Fantasy Flight Games models?

Oath taking, taken a little further.
