     I agree with this question.  I had a copy of this on pre-order for almost 2 months now with another site, they were cheaper.  Both FFG and this other site had a release date for a second wave of sets and those dates are far behind us.  What gives?  No updates, no reassurance, no nothing.

    FYI, I wanted to play this game with the painted units, since that doesn't seem to be happening, I am very close to canceling my pre-order.  I have better things to pine over than NO news about a second wave of sets.

     Ok, well doing more research, I found another site that had it up for pre-order and I called them.  They assured me that it was coming in February and that they would have one if I pre-ordered it.  They keep the pre-order button available as long as they can meet demand.

    So then I tried calling FFG to see what I could get, but they were already closed.  I am going to try again in the morning this time.

     With an announcement on BBG, and on this forum, I find it hard to believe they would "Indefinitely" delay anything.  That reviewer sounds full of croc.  As far as the expansions go, perhaps FFG, or even Dust was aware that certain people might look at Tactics as a rip-off of AT-43 and instead of mass producing several different sets of troops, they are still testing the water, making sure the have a sure-fire game on their hands.  Adding more troops isn't really harming anyone, you can choose to buy them if you want.

    I guess I'm ok with the wait on actual expansions.  I'd rather the game catch on than get these expansions, and they call it quits before the really good stuff comes out.  Financially it would be a better move.
