  2. DarthJalapeno said: Awesome!!! Will FFG sell/host it? That's my question. Anybody know?? I was waiting to get my hands on an FFG edition as one of my next investments. And is it being released in September 2011 or 2012?
  3. *Sigh* If only I had any devices to put the app on. *Sigh*
  4. I was playing a game of AH on Wednesday (Still going) , and I ran into a problem. I was told to search the common item deck for a .45 Revolver. When I searched the deck, I found a .45 automatic and a .38 revolver, but no .45 revolver. Did I just miss the card, or is the card (which I cannot remember which card it is) have an error on it?
  5. I would like to know that if FFG publishes any expansions, what places would you like to see from the books/ movies. I would be very interested to see: The Old Forest. Cathedras Bree/ Isengard (as Friends and Foes are not compatible with the new version!!! hint hint) Minas Tirith Any other opinions would be appreciated!!
  6. I have my own question: If Dracula sails to sea, and a hunter follows him, is the sea card revealed, as per city rules, or does the card stay hidden? Thanks!!
  7. dkw said: The point is that no one is going to even consider using it. Beat it or lose the game. Toss into the "ignore bin." ~Bringer of Apocolypse I would also ignore this monster. I have awful luck.
  8. I like the "puzzle solving" aspect that playing solo creates. I control Frodo, Sam, and Pippin. I play many other games like this too.
  9. Will someone please answer a question for me? When a player is engaged with an enemy, does the enemy still contribute its threat during the quest phase? Thanks!
  10. Already posted this thought on BBG, and it would be cool if the expansions would be compatible with the Silver Line Edition. Having BIll the Pony with us will be a real treat!! http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/642355/does-ffg-plan-on-making-the-expansions-compatible
  11. Quite honestly, I think that the game is too easy for my group. I've only played with 2 players, and it was fun, but then we figured it out and are winning almost every time on Sauron on 10. I would advise stocking up your traveling as much as you can and then unload on the Mordor board. Works close to every time. I wish the expansions would become New edition compatible for Sam and I.
  12. I want to see how the Ionic Nebula function works.
  13. What about the game Shadows over Camelot? My cards for that game are getting marked and worn

Does it have to be the Ring- bearer's turn to roll to get to the Cracks of Doom? 2) Does the descent into darkness occur in Mordor? If not, then what is the purpose of collecting life Tokens? #1: You mean space #60 (and not Mt. Doom)? Active player rolls. Normally, I try to use the Ring from space 57, you have a 50-50 shot of moving 3 spaces (blank, 1 corruption and Eye) which allows you to skip both of the rolls in the final three spaces. Doesn't matter whose turn it is when Mordor's Main Activity line ends. At Mt. Doom, if the Ring-bearer makes it there, there is no Ring-bearer, instead the Active player rolls and if alive, win, if he fails, the next player becomes Active and rolls. Continue until you win or lose. #2: Life tokens on the Mordor board are only used for Events 3 and 4 (at least in the base game). If you already haven't give the below link a readthrough (or two or three): freespace.virgin.net/chris.lawson/rk/lotr/faq.htm Thanks. This answered my question right up.
  15. I have a couple questions about Mordor in the Lord of the Rings. First, the rules read: 1) Who rolls the last threat die on the last space? Does it have to be the Ring- bearer's turn to roll to get to the Cracks of Doom? 2) Does the descent into darkness occur in Mordor? If not, then what is the purpose of collecting life Tokens? Thanks for answering my questions!!!
