  1. A full deck is, as outlined at the end of the Learn to Play Guide (which you can download from the AGoT 2nd Ed minisite):

    • 1 faction card
    • optionally 1 agenda (which can modify the deckbuiliding rules - currently, all of them do)
    • 7 plots; you can have 2 copies of a single plot
    • 60 other cards; you can have up to 3 copies of each of them
    • cards in your deck must match the faction you chose or be neutral

There are 26 different plots, so you get a lot of choices with a single Core Set (over 750,000), and even more with a second one (over 1,750,000 due to many more choices for a doubled plot). I'd say the plot deck is where you have the most choice right now.

At least 60, you may have more.

  2. Hi, and welcome to the game!

Part of the problem with these articles is they're not too newbie friendly,

     T1 Deck Types

In my opinion / experience / reading, the primary T1 and T 1.5 Lannister decks include...

    .

I have no idea what a T any deck is.

  3. A brilliant series of articles.  I was aware of Traveller in the late 1970s (or whenever it first came out) but never played it.  If there are two different versions out there do you recommend either one?  But it does sound like Eclipse Phase is the way to go.

  4. Is there any documentation on how to use OCTGN to play a game?  I've installed per your instructions, but really don't know how to use it.  Also your installation PDF says that the deck images are available in a location.  But, at least for me it wasn't a clickable link.  Can you give the web address?  Thank you for your work.

My only "complaint" (if you wanna call it that) is that the Podcast isn't very spooky. A non-English speaker would think it's a podcast about gardening or something, not about a game full of demons, insanity, and the Doom of the world. Then again, maybe you deliberately chose to avoid the "howling wind- Muwahahaha!" type stuff…

I'm very happy with it.  I want clean, clear delivery.  Don't need spook house sounds and "scary music."
