Heres an investigator, is his ability Overpowered? cause i wasnt sure. (ignore the "story so far" its just a default from strange eons.)

When creating investigators there is a maximum for random items. ex: 3 random common; 2 random spells; 1 ally; is it possible to override this maximum?

I took a look at the link, and some of the heralds look interesting. the thing is that I, and I'm assuming there are others too, don't actually have any expansions for the game. so i don't have a lot of stuff like aquatic monsters or madness or injury cards and the other stuff that came in the expansions. I was just hoping that some people might have created slightly more diffiicult versions of the originals. I did find a few more though:
