  1. I'm very interested in the tokens. I think I can make it worth your while if you'd be willing to part with them separately...
  2. Really? I haven't played enough to be any good at deck-building yet, but I'd have thought some cards would be good or versatile enough that you'd want them in-faction, and then again in one or both allied decks. Stuff like the various Neutral cards, or Doom, or Ammo Depot, or similar. Is that not the case?
  3. With the game ending, I've been thinking about picking up everything I might ever want for the game before the stuff becomes impossible to find. My thinking is that it's going to become a game where I pre-make a deck for each faction, and then my opponent and I (or multiple opponents in pairs), can simply pick a deck and play. In order to do this, I obviously need extra cards, and at the moment I have an extra core (my fourth) on order, and I picked up a second copy of Legions of Death (mainly for Backlash and STC Fragment). While I own all the battle packs from all three cycles, I've only opened and played with cards from most of the Warlord Cycle so far, and this is at the root of my question for the fine folks here... Assuming I'm going to make a deck for every faction, what battle packs (beyond my 1-of-each) would it make sense to pick up? Put another way, which packs would people say contain cards I'd want more than three-of to complete a deck for each faction? To be clear, I'm not talking about tournament-caliber decks for every faction, but good, solid, fun, playable decks. Thanks in advance for any input!
  4. Awesome! That's great to know, and that was pretty much the only thing holding me back. Map pack and Designer Series for me it is.
  5. Bazookajoe said: <snip>...most of the problems have been addressed via erratta on the website and several forum strings. <snip> Thanks for the reply! I'm actually aware of the errata and have seen a number of the forum strings. However, if there's one thing I really can't stand, it's stopping in the middle of reading the rules, setup, whathaveyou for a boardgame, and then having to say, "Oh, wait! No, no, no...those are all wrong. Just substitute this map and these four different paragraphs..." Typos are one thing, errors like in the Designer Series are something else. I'm guessing from the general lack of response after this many views of this thread that you are probably correct. I wonder if anyone from FFG could comment on whether or not there is ever any intention to fix a future printing of the book...
  6. Does anyone know if a print run other than the first has been done, and, if so, whether or not it contains corrections to any of the more egregious errors?
