Can this module be played with 3 players, or it will not be good without full compliment of players?

I was thinking of running this but I only got 3 players and me as GM, I could make one character NPC but I am afraid that more of one will be too difficult for me.

I see no problem that you can play with 7 people.

[EotE Core Rulebook Errata]

I got my core book recently from bookdepository.com, and from what I can tell, it is second printing and all things that is in errata is corrected already in book.
