I played my first few games of Runewars last night and really enjoyed it. Most all the rules I think I have down, except a clarification on Activation Tokens. I know you can only Activate an area where you have no friendly activation tokens, the question is can I activate and area that contains a Enemy Activation token? Or does an Enemy Activation token act as a block? Thanks!
