Hi Everyone Could you help with the above question? In an example that happened tonight the character in question didnt have any action cards that required recharge and suffered a delay(conservative stance) on his role so the GM decided to hit him for 2 recharge points on one of his action cards. Whats your opinion on this? Thanks Mark
