  1. Thanks for letting me know rekath16. I know what's causing it, I'll be able to fix it when I get home.
  2. Hey everyone, the update version of LotrLCG.com is complete! This spring I did a complete rebuild and redesign of the site. There is some new stuff, the biggest addition is card and scenario ratings. You can rate scenarios based on replayability, theme, and difficulty. A big thanks to Tom Howard, aka GeckoTH, who has been doing all updating of content and images! If you have a podcast or deckbuilding blog that you want added to the Resource page, email me at [myusername]@gmail.com.
  3. I am going to be at Days of Ice and Fire in the Twin Cities. I am paying for shipping, but I will take $50 off for the shipping if I can meet you (or a meta-mate), at the event.
  4. Playing AGOT has been great, but I just don't have time to play anymore so I am selling my collection. These cards were signed by GRRM at the Days of Ice and Fire event at FFG in Nov 2010 Valar Morgulis (Core) Tyrion Lannister (Core) Robert Baratheon (Core) Robb Stark (Core) Catelyn Stark (Core) Ice (Core) Pictures of the signed cards up on the Ebay listing. Free shipping to US. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Complete-Set-Game-of-Thrones-LCG-Every-card-6-cards-signed-by-GRRM-/281083084256?pt=Trading_Card_Games_US&hash=item4171db7de0

One problem that I have found out is that it is very difficult keep up with all these new custom made scenarios and cards because they are all shared in different plases… I am wondering if we could make one portal or site where anyone can save and upgrade their own custom cards… like google docks for LOTR lcg, or something similar? Now the hunting down all these fabulous cards is full time job… So what would we need for that… some agreement what would be the platform (data server) Some one who would the "founder" who would give allowance to those who privide their own cards and scenarios some serious advertisindg in different plases What information would be needed Scenario: author date version number name of scenario difficultu rating description of scenario needed adventure decks I am actually building this right now at LotRLCG.com. It should be done be the end of the year. You will be able to upload, comment on, and rate user scenarios.

  7. They gave everyone a free core set and the first tournament will be on Sunday. I just played my first game and I am very impressed so far.
  8. I will also be at the warmup tonight.
  9. What would you think of a 2 cost location that read "After a character with stalwart is killed, kneel [this card] to return it to your hand." ? It would still be vulnerable to then getting discarding in an intrigue challenge and the character can still be discarded from play, so it wouldn't be overpowered. Compared to vigilant and vengeful, stalwart is pretty weaksauce imho.

  11. I think this mostly has to do with FFG launching 2 new games in the second half of this year.
  12. Where are you guys seeing the "Black Arrow" card? Edit: Found it: http://fantasyflightgames.com/edge_npm_sec.asp?eidm=167&esem=1&epmi=s
  13. If this is what I think it is, it actually seems like a great idea. It looks like a stand alone game they can sell in Target and Wal Mart that will catch the eye of all the people who like show, but would never step foot in a FLGS and find out about the core set. I'm sure their will be some kind of insert saying like "Hey, if you like this, then check out the full fledged at your FLGS." Someone mentioned Martell, but it looks to only be a Stark-Lannister game. Sure 2 fixed decks would get old and no fun pretty quick for people who already play CCG/LCGs, but it could be entertaining for non-gamers and bring them into playing the LCG. Either way, it looks to be timed for Christmas and so I see it selling very well. If it's priced at $20 I might even buy a couple as gifts for other people. Of course, this is all based on looking at the pictures of the back of the box, so I could be way off.
