  1. Cheers for putting up your decklist matey. It was a pleasure to see you at the UK Regionals event at Wargames Workshop. For yours and everyone elses delectation, I've shovelled the decklist into Deckbox, so that it can be viewed with all the pretty pictures :-) Hereyar... http://deckbox.org/sets/72908?v=v (or use http://deckbox.org/sets/72908 is you want the straight list with hover-over pop-ups of the card images) Enjoy. Toast
  2. This seemed to be very popular when I did something similar for last year's championship, so here you go... http://deckbox.org/sets/71780 Well done (again) Tim. Thanks to Tim and FFG for posting up the deck-list. Toast.
  3. I accidentally deleted ALL my decks on Deckbox.org (I meant to delete my Magic: The Gathering profile, and accidentally deleted my Warhammer: Invasion Profile - Doh!) Fortunately, they had been copied so many times, by so many people*, I was able to re-copy most of them back in to my Profile. Unfortunately, all the URLs have changed. The 2010 Championship winning deck can now be found here: http://deckbox.org/sets/71781 The decks of all the other contenders can be easily navigated to from there (because I really can't be bothered to put up all the individual URLs again). (* Just goes to show that it was worth the effort of creating them on Deckbox in the first place. It's always nice to have your efforts appreciated). Cheers all, Toast.
  4. I'm really glad that people found it useful. Maybe I'll do the same again for the decks of the 2011 finalists when they are announced.
  5. Hi, There is a card-game client called OCTGN, which allows two people to connect and play a card game. Download the latest copy of OCTGN from www.octgn.net You then need a plug-in and date for all the cards in Warhammer: Invasion. These can be obtained from http://eloooooooi.net84.net/?page_id=36 It's easy to get running and there are instructions on the OCTGN site that I mentioned above. I don't know if there is an online list of people who use this software, but it would be very helpful if there was, so that players could contact each other to arrange games. Enjoy. Toast
  6. Thanks for a great event Carl. For anyone interested... 10 played. The final 4 consisted of 2 orc decks (both power-rush variants*), and 2 empire decks (both Verena based*). * I think :-/
  7. Thanks for the event report GMax. I couldn't be there, so it's great to get an overview of what everyone was playing, and how well the event went. I should be along for the UK Regional on 8th, so that I can be well-and-truely thrashed (an almost dead cert, given that I only manage to get about one game of Invasion each month). Hopefully, it'll be fun anyway.
  8. I'm planning to be there, and booked my place via email a few weeks ago. Looking forward to it :-)

  10. Hi, I did a search, but couldn't find any references to whether "Night Goblin Fanatic" considers cards with X as their printed cost as being odd or even? Since the card is looking for whether the "printed cost of the revealed card is odd", and X is not odd (nor is it even for that matter) I'm guessing that NGF fails to operate. Thoughts? Cheers, Toast
  11. Hi, Any news on hosting the UK Regionals? I'm eagerly awaiting any info on what venues are supporting it.
  12. Hi all, I've just checked, and FFG have now replaced the original rules PDF with the newer one. They've not marked it as being v1.1, but I guess that's what it should be. I recommend that anyone who has an older rulebook goes and downloads the newer one. It includes the updated turn sequence (beginning of turn, end of turn etc) and the requirement to assign enough damage to destroy a units before any damage goes through to the zone. Enjoy. M
