  1. Two seperate answers regarding the eating of followers from two seperate sources.  Where does it say in the rules that you may ONLY discard a negative follower by completing what the follower's card states or it being the last of the followers?  Not being able to charm enthralled followers does make sense though as they do not have "Follower" listed in their type.

From: The Wizard, on the other link regarding followers.

"I believe that the vampiress may eat them, but with the hag, you must first lose all your other followers, before you can eat her.

You cannot take, steal or target these special followers, as they miss the keyword follower, but you may ditch(discard), or sacrifice them like normal followers.

    Regards."

  2. How would this work with the Vampiress' ability to sacrifice followers to heal? Can you sacrifice the Jester/Hag/Poltergeist to heal? They are followers. Another question is can the Sorceress or Vampiress seduce an animal or monsters and spirists charmed by the Minstrel/Cheiftan/Necromancer and use it in the same manner as the those characters would or in case of the Vampiress, eat them?

  4. The Toadify Spell was cast by a character about to engage another in combat.  A character not engaged in the combat cast the Hydra spell.  The qualifications for the Toadify spell to be cast were met, so I believe this means that even though Hydra spell lets the caster pick targets, it would still only enable the caster to pick targets "About to engage in combat"?

  5. It happened just last night that when someone cast Hydra on Toadify, turned four of us into toads.  That made us look through the rules a second time and if we read it correctly after you all of your items and loose your followers, you can simply move back to it and pick them up?  We couldn't find any rules about a toad not picking up items or followers.

  6. Moving with Items and abilities:

Using the Riding Horse, how would one determine if the Amulet of Speed, Magic Carpet, Winged Boots, or the Leprecan's teleport ability are activated?  Would it be on one of the two dice the number shows up or summed? And if summed does that mean that part the Amulet of Speed's ability cannot be used?

How would the Amazon and the Riding Horse work?

    Character's abilities stacked with Items:

If the Wizard had the Wand and cast his last spell, craft allowing, would he be permitted to draw two spells or still just on?

Does the War Horse stack with the Monk's adding of craft to strength a second time?  I understand Psychic Blast would.

Would the Sage, while using the Orb of knowledge, have the ability to: draw a card then examine the top card of the adventure deck (from which he just drew) and then determine if he wants to keep the card he just drew?

    Enemies and Monsters:

If the Basilisk rolls doubles and kills you, can you prevent it with Preservation or Restoration?  For that matter, If you were to roll a one while facing Death could those spells prevent it?

Do encounters resulting from board spaces such as the Guard in the Dungeon, the Werewolf or Pit fiends in the Inner Region, the Dragon in the Cave (Adventure Card), the Devil in the Tomb (Adventure Card) count as Enemies?  I read the Lord of Darkness can be hit with the Finger of Death.  If these count as Enemies can they be used to fulfill warlock quest cards such as Defeat one Spirit (the Devil from the Tomb or the Spirit in the Forest), I know these encounters do not provide Trophies.  Also if they count as enemies can you hit them with spells such as Divine Intervention or Restoration?

  7. If a character is enslaved in the Temple, or Idol for that matter, on his next turn when he needs to role a 4+ to move, if he fails he then ends his turn on the temple (or Idol), does he then roll again on the Temple table?  And if its the Idol and there is another option on that space such as another player or option to draw another card, can he do that instead?
