I wasn't disagreeing with your facts. Just thought it was worth mentioning that if they were going for British English they shouldn't have used soccer. You gave the impression that Brits use the term nowadays. Red or Blue? I was at the cup final a few years ago (West Ham). Great game - but as our orcy friends might say 'we woz robbed'.

No-one in Britain calls it soccer though. I imagine the original intent was for greenskins to talk and act like east london (i.e. cockney) football hooligans and take it from me they would never call football 'soccer'. I think they just missed that one.
