  1. I’ve found the iOS app for my iPad, but I can’t find the Android app for my Galaxy S9. I’d appreciate any help on this matter.
  2. Hi Jeff! The GEM software is working well for us so far, but we ran into a hitch the other night. We had 8 players sign up and we started the tournament. But soon after, another family shows up and we had four new players show up. Thankfully, we were able to add them into the event (since no matches started) and we were able to pair them up with each other. However, when we got to the end of round 3, the tournament was declared finished. The GEM was already locked into three rounds of swiss, without taking into account and adjusting for the additional players. I'm sure this was just an oversight, and will be hoping this will be addressed in a later update. That being said, I just wanted to report this to your attention, and look forward to the continued refinement of this phenomenally fun game!
  3. Hi guys! My store has successfully ran Chainbound events since the start. I have scheduled all of my events for the month of March at the start. March 2nd, 9th, and 16th went off without a hitch. However, March 23rd and March 30th, which are scheduled on our dashboard, aren't loading up on the GEM software. When I loaded up the dashboard to delete and recreate those events, it's now no longer showing the Chainbound event series. Are Chainbound events over with? If you can provide any guidance as to why my events aren't showing up in the software, hopefully before this weekend, that would be greatly appreciated.
  4. I wasn't expecting this to come out so late in the year, so I signed up to run LoL at Rice University's OwlCon gaming convention (late February). I'm worried I won't get LoL until after the convention. Would anyone who picked up a copy at GenCon be willing to help me out?
