    Is it a official information?
I believe the next big box is on the concept stage at this time and only game designers can know it… Maybe some playtesters know something about the next small box but I think we have to wait till summer GenCon at the latest.

    It's an educated assumption.

For the 3rd edition the four corner boards were the Dungeon, Highlands, City and Forest. The Forest is the only one of those left, so I think it's a good bet that it will be the next big box expansion.

Corrupt Sheriff is another fine card (like Gong of War in Highland) to take someone from CoC space. This time you can even throw him to Jail. Sheriff has to know some nasty tricks…

It is, but you'll have to be very lucky to draw it when someone's on the CoC.

Looks like The Sacred Pool just got a bit unnecessary. I mean a Stable deck in the City, plus Neutral alignment cards…

I think that depends on how much the Stable cards cost in the City. Personally I'd like to see them a little more expensive than those from the Livery Stable. At least then the Stable would be better, although there being a random chance of getting it. Also the Stable cards in the City may be different from those in the Sacred Pool. I don't believe we've seen either the City Stable space or any of the City Stable cards yet.

  4. This is the third time in two weeks you've posted this topic. You've had plenty of answers and I don't think posting further topics is going to make the cards magically appear.

As Velhart said, the only place you'll get them is ebay and unless someone is selling off all of their Revised collection I doubt you'll see them.

  5. My interpretation of "when you have completed your move" is after you've physically moved your character but before you encounter the space. Otherwise it would say "when you have completed your turn".

Being teleported doesn't discard the Poltergeist. As you correctly point out you need to physically cross the river. So either by the two bridges in the Outer Region or over the Storm River by one of the numerous methods.

  6. At £39.99 the Gold edition seems pricey, especially without knowing how much the expansions are likely to cost and how often they'll be released.

The Silver edition states: "PLUS - Talisman Prologue PC game (Desura key)."

What's the "Desura key" part about?

Haha, this is so strange. I just took a closer look at the text on the Village space, and rolling 1 does indeed turn you evil.Color me surpised.

Could it be that my previous board had the 1-3 Ignored result? I could've sworn it was that, or maybe I'm drawing false cross-references from the 2nd edition.

I had my 4th edition game board replaced once by FFG  due to ripping(improper folding or some such caused it), and I'm almost certain the text for the 1 result at the Mystic  was different.

Weird, but thanks for bringing it to my attention.

The 4th Edition board has the 1-3 ignored result, but the 4th Edition Revised board as the Evil result on a 1. Did you buy the original 4th Edition and upgraded it with the Revised upgrade pack?

  8. We had a big argument once about how you should be able to teleport to the same space you're in, until I pointed out the card says it has to be another space. I think there are a few cards that don't have that clarification though.

It's always hard work playing Talisman with my group!

  9. In our game yesterday I had perhaps the funniest death we've experienced so far.

I drew the Sepulchre Spirit (When revealed move all Spirits from all Regions to this space. One of these was the Swamp Spirit (If you lose in addition to losing a life you must encounter this space again next turn). See what's coming?

Overall 16 Craft worth of Spirits was moved to my space! With only a Craft of 3 I was never leaving that space!

  10. I agree with Nioreh, I don't think you can use cards to interrupt what someone else does (unless a card allows that). There's no last in first out type stack. I believe everything is resolved in isolation. So Mesmerism would be cast, you'd lose your Mule and would then have to ditch four objects before any other cards could be used.

  11. Rabbit Hole states:

"When Rabbit Hole is installed, you may search your stack for another copy of Rabbit Hole and install it by paying its install cost. Shuffle your stack,"

My question is could you use the second copy of Rabbit you install to then search for a third copy (should you have two Core Sets) and install it. So you effectively use a single Rabbit Hole to play all three copies, should they be in your stack of course.

  12. If you draw an Event you flip the time card. If you draw a Lunar Event you flip to the side it states. What happens if you draw both in one turn? Do you flip the time card for drawing an Event and then flip it again based on what the Lunar Event says? Or do you ignore the Event and just flip it to where the Lunar Event says?

Also, if you draw a card which says to draw the top x cards from the Adventure deck and choose one to keep, if you draw an event in those x cards do you still flip the time card?
