[Tournament Management Software]

Is there a tournament management software with built-in support for agot available anywhere? Or at least one that can be customized to allow for the game's specific scoring system?

 

I heard that there's a software called "Tournment Magistrate", but could only find this ages-old version:

[Dwarf and scoring]

The rules say the Dwarf doubles the imprint gold when the board is scored.

Does it also doubles it when you play the "Score a room" card? 'Cause if you follow the rules by the letter, it doesn't.

Any official ruling on that?
