  1. might i suggest looking at deck lists on thronesdb.com or cardgamedb.com for ideas
  2. Do you see the white banner in the middle-right? It Says "Agenda" like Agarrett said each deck is allowed to have 1 Agenda card. In this case this Agenda is the "Banner of The Dragon" and it allows you to have Non-Loyal Targaryen cards in your deck; with the limitation that you have at least 12 Non-Loyal Targaryen cards. Here's another example of an Agenda card, the only other option in the Core Set besides the banner cards like above.
  3. To expand on what Kakita said. The small circle with the cross next to his name makes him a unique character, and thus only one can be in play.
  4. there's still plenty of content they haven't touched. Either way they recently reprinted some of the BOW products so they haven't completely dropped the game yet And more importantly, if they reprint the game, then they still have the license. Good yeah well they just released AGOT LCG 2.0 so i'm sure they'll have the license for a good long while

    Maester Aemon

    are you sure about this?
  7. Yes the power is kept on the Card. You can earn power even on the defense, the character has to be participating in a challenge and win doesn't matter if its on the attack. if the character is removed from play the power is lost. this can be bounced to hand or discarded or killed, anything that removes it from play results in the renown being lost. Don't forget that effects that "Save" a character such as duplicates will stop a character from being removed from play and thus it will keep its power.
  8. Can I choose to use this or is it forced?
  9. Even if it is dead I find it a fairly complete game in it's current state (with the expansions)

My group has always played it this way.
  11. Some form of Second edition would be nice, it doesn't make any sense why FFG wouldn't be absuing their ASOIF license while they have it at the height of it's popularity.
  12. you guys never organized your minis!? simple plastic bags or containers would save you a world of troulbe in set up time; it takes liek and hour to oraganize it once and it cuts set up time in half easily.
  13. although you eliminate the commander, the "Unit" as per the definition of the game hasn't been destroyed so you wouldn't get the credit until you kill the other figures in the unit. also the card very clearly states that "All hits must be absorbed by the targeted unit's commander" so no hits would carry over to the remaining units. hope that helped
  14. I prey they haven't forgotten about BOW, but given the way FFG handles its products I'm worried; they seem to stop supporting them pretty quickly.
