If the price is ok, you can buy product x2 or x3.

Hmm, isn't it a situation where text is replaced? I mean: "as a Banner attachment with the text:" suggests that you replace card's text.

Neutral means no affiliation. From rulebook: "Neutral cards have a blank shield." "...events are always considered neutral." EDIT: also from FAQ: "Some cards (such as neutrals) have no House affiliation."
