Again, the Phantom doesn't *do anything* itself while docked unless something major changes in the full rules we haven't seen.
 
What it does do is give the Ghost its rear arc and more importantly, give the Ghost a free turret shot each round.  Making the Ghost shoot backwards, and shoot twice (or three times with TLT) is a big deal.  It makes keeping the shuttle docked very useful to the Ghost, and keeps a chunk of your list's HP/points off the board and out of danger until you've whittled your opponent down a bit.

So can we talk about a golden-haired Silvan?

Ships don't make sense? Like... the kind that are explicitly mentioned in the source material? I would understand if you were drawing the line at airplanes, but boats? This is the weirdest "the game is ending" post I've ever seen.

That firespray looks really nice, only thing I can think about is making the shading in the panel lines a tiny bit darker to add some more definition to the whole thing.

Painted up a Firespray instead while waiting on my Z95s to arrive. Theme is a Kath/MMerc hybrid.
 
Arms (wings?) aren't quite done yet, but I'm happy with how everything else turned out!
 

BroBots aren't nearly as OP as you seem to believe. Sure, they're tough as hell, but not impossible to beat. Focus one down fast, and the other falls easily.
What are you usually seeing them with? Aooarently ions, autoblasters, and AC? What else?

Imo if your playing with the cr90 and your opponent isn't using a huge ship at all you will be overwhelmed pretty fast.As the cr90 can only modify one or two attack and your opponent is coming at you with almost twice as many ships and all modified attacks.
Which is why i stopped playing epic a long time ago.
As we played more my opponents were building better fleets with their 300 pts and I has over 1/3 of my fleet sunk into one ship, it was a uphill battle for sure
So now we play with a house rule, each side my have at least one huge ship in play.
I only had one game since getting My raider but it was a lot of fun.
The energy management is part of the strategy and depends on how your Upgrading you stuff.
I always take tibanna gas supply for example to have an emergency reserve
This coming Friday we are going to have a 400 pt game. My raider vs Tantive

That's why ball peen hammers were invented.

They have a ton of HP's, can carry a ton of ord, they make great bombers even without being able to drop something after a SLAM. They can carry TLT's... They're actually quite nice ships.
I won a tournament last weekend with a 2 K, 1 B wing list. They actually performed quite nicely.

That is completely surprising. I was already on the fence about taking bombs on an ordinance K build. Now it's mines for sure. I'm not complaining, just really surprised by that. Wasn't that the whole point of the slam action?

My supervisor pulled me aside today and told me how I didn't get back to the post office in time and that I'm a poor performer. He said that he needed me to have an 8 hour day today and since I've gone over 8 hours every day I've been on my route, and that I'm a poor performer. He said that I put him in a 'pickle' and I started laughing. And it made him angry that I was laughing so it was even funnier to me. We got into a discussion about how I took too many stops to urinate while doing my route.
He then asked me if I liked working at the post office. I told him that it's alright. He then asked me if I cared about my job and I started laughing again and he threw his hands up in the air and said, "I guess you don't care!".
I truly couldn't help laughing and if I had a choice in the matter I wouldn't have, but it was nice to inadvertently defeat someone's efforts like that.
