Lets say I declare that I want to Fire then Move.
Do I have to declare where I am moving to before I roll the dice?

Seems a bit uneccessary, could even mean an advantage to the player with more units as he would be able to fire 2 units to your 1.
I'm looking at it as a way to reduce some of the advantage of having a block of moves after the other player can't move any more. It seems to me the looser is often whomever is forced into open first.

This is actually copied from Classic BattleTech, but I think it will fit well in this game too.
If a player has at least twice as many unactivated units as the other person then they must activate two units on their turn instead of one.
If a player has at least three times as many unactivated units as the other person then they must activate three units on their turn instead of one.
For example:Turn 1:
Side A: 5 Units left, move 1
Side B: 8 Units left, move 1
Turn 2:
Side A: 4 Units left, move 1Side B: 7 Units left, move 1
Turn 3:
Side A: 3 Units left, move 1Side B: 6 Units left, move 2
Turn 4:
Side A: 2 Units left, move 1Side B: 4 Units left, move 2
Turn 5:
Side A: 1 Units left, move 1Side B: 2 Units left, move 2

Okay, so basically, other than the special (1) weapon guy, all the models have all the weapons that are listed?
Yep.
Though some units have two specialists. For example, a unit may have three rfiles, a MG, and a Bazooka. I think the Hell Boys got two flamethrowers and three shotguns.

Zombies are easy to explain, they are just an unfortunate side-effect of the life-prolonging serum being developed from the tissue samples of the dead aliens. But where the heck do you expect to find wherewolves?

Brings up the interesting concept of Gorilla or Zombie command squads though!
Only one out of every twenty zombies can even speak and even then only barely. It will be a long time before we perfect the alien serum to the point where we can retain full human intelligence.

You have to wonder what the purpose of the huge back tank is for the weapon. A chainsaw could run quite a while on a fuel tank that would fit the core weapon, while something special with VK could add a lot to the weapon's abilities.Oh that's easy to explain. When we first had the idea of giving weapons to zombies we had a hard time teaching them how to reload them. Eventually we came up with the idea of strapping on a huge gas tank and dropping them into the middle of a battle. The tank is large enough to keep them fighting for several days, much longer than the typical battle.

A walker is much, much smaller than a tank carrying the same weaponry. This allows it to enter buildings that are far too small for a tank as well as the mines that contain the precious VK ore. It is also far more maneuverable than a tank when travelling through rough terrain such as the Black Forest.
The added height, while making it an inviting target, allows it to see much more of the battlefield than any other land-based vehicle. This is essential in urban warfare where walkers can be used to direct troops on the ground. It also has the advantage that we can shoot over our own troops in the narrow streets of Dover.
There is also the issue of personnel. And even a medium walker is piloted by a single solider. Russia vastly out numbers us in sheer population; we need to make every solider count. A Panzer requires a crew of five, while a walker can be operated by a single pilot.
There is still a place for tanks in open field battles, but even the may be eventually replaced with the heavy walkers currently being researched.

What have we missed?

It it hurts, don't do it.
The last time I played I kept my squads and tanks pretty close together. If someone dared get into a firing position against my squad they would also be looking down the barrell of a tank.
Likewise, when I wanted to attack someone I would always (try to) double-team them. I wouldn't move one unit into range unless my next activation would put someone else in range as well to finish the job.
