Now consider why that was. How many people would've played this game if it started out by only having one faction? Because epic play isn't that appealing compared to the main game and costs too much? I doubt it's because there weren't epic imperial ships to fight alongside. This is a terribly cynical approach from FFG. I hope this is not a trend that continues. It's not fair on the customers at all. They knew the TIE advanced had balance issues. Releasing fixes for thos issues in a £70 package that includes a whit elephant is unfair.

I don't think encumbrance is ever relevant. If people need to worry about it then i would humbly suggest that player or GM is bordering on the munchkin. There's no need at all just apply common sense. Are you a Space Marine? No. Can you carry ten Bolter Rifles while wielding a warhammer two handed? No. If you try and rule for every eventuality or every conceivable thing that's realistic or even reaosnable (such as weight) you'll create a rod for your own back.

I sincerely hope this isn't coming out before Christmas. That would be far far too soon.

I found a decimator in a shop that had no problems at all getting it's order. I suspect Esdevium either screwed up some shops orders or didn't order enoughin from FFG and had to do retail 'triage'.

Assuming the trailer isn't five seconds of the Falcon sitting in storage + lens flare, then i'm very interested of course. But the key word is TEASER.

Apparently the stock shortage is down to Esdevium being a bit crap at ordering enough.
