Every time I see this and the dwarf post move, I get excited that they have been put up on the upcoming page... or we have been given some previews...

    Grrrr to waiting..

    Crimsonsun

So You just can't wait for those just like me. I would love to see those in the upcoming page. I'm wondering how long we have to wait to see soething new about those titles.

FFG typically starts doing previews about 2 months out, but I wouldn't be too trusting of Amazon's word on the matter.

The FFG Upcoming Page is far more trustworthy, and this title isn't on there as of yet, so I would think that "April" is unlikely.

Yes, but looking at the last pre-order at amazon we could say they were almost right.

Ok, so there will be Khorne, so I wonder if we are going to see al the minions of the Skull God.

It's sure we will see: Bloodletter, Bloodthirster, Juggernaut but I wonder if we are going to see Bloodbeast.

And looking at war there should be also some new weapons and armour. It would be amazing to see some cursed artefacts like: Chaos Armour, Bloodstone, Hellblade, Collar Of Khorne or Axes Of Khorne.

I'm sure that we are going to get new mutations and The Mark Of Khorne. gran_risa.gif

So I keep my fingers crossed to see it as soon as possible.

  3. I don't know how You but I saw the new battlepacks covers with some intro text from the Morrslieb Cycle, the last three. An Italian publisher showed them on his site just for a short moment of time. I can say only that they are looking crazy - especialy I love the cover for the last one. gui%C3%B1o.gif I can't say more.

PS. The new deluxe is looking amazing. I think that on this cover is an famous Orc Big WarBoss - Azhag The Slaughterer on his Wyvern. Keep my fingers crossed to see this one as soon as possible at stores.

Wait... It has different effects depending on stance? That's normal, not an error.

    Confused...

I meant it state that in the Creature guide on the RED side, the green side does not have that line of text.

But in ToA it's a yellow die, there is no red/green side in the ToA

Think of this as an errata. I don't see a mistake here and I think that was made on purpose.

  5. Excuse me but I found in on of polish shop (Bard.pl) a option to pre-order a Warhammer:Invasion Fiery Dawn battle pack. I haven't heared about it and can only think that it could be a new expansion from Morslieb Cycle. The interesting thing is that there's no image and the release date is Febuary 2011. serio.gif That's confusing.

I'm sure that's a new battlepack but why it's on pre-order before it was officialy announced? That's strange.

PS. Also there were on pre-order some new not yet announced battlepacks on the net but they vanished very quickly. So I think it was a new leak from the publisher of other language versions.

  6. Ok, The Strolling Bones if You looked carefuly at the images showen at the end of last years seminar You would see many Elves art, so there's hope. Besides one is sure, I think we will see in Autumn 2011 the next big expansion about Slaanesh.

I think that after Black Fire Pass and Omens Of War will be published and in stores we will hear about new titles. And I think that before  this years GenCon we will also get a Shifting Shadows preview.

  7. Ok, so we had the demo adventure The Journey To Black Fire Pass last year, then we heard about it in the Shifting Through Shadows. There we could read only this about this expansion:

Explore the legendary location of Black Fire Pass through the eyes of the stout dwarfs. As a setting of constant turmoil, Black Fire Pass presents a deeper look into this important site.
Black Fire Pass introduces an in-depth look at dwarfs, with more information about their history and presence in the Old World. Including new careers, actions, location cards, and two rulebooks, Black Fire Pass expands the options available to players and GMs. In addition to showcasing dwarf technology and rune magic, this supplement also includes a full adventure that is set in this volatile location.

Also we know, that according to Amazon the expansion will be avaliable 19th April 2011. But when will we see something more? When will we see the official announcement and some pick from it with some more info about the content?

If we go back to the seminar from last year we can say more about this product. It will have:

    - the are going to be 2 books in it (one about the Black Fire Pass, Dwarfs that live there and the other for GM with the adventure and some more detailed material)

    - 10 new careers  based on Dwarfs (one of them will be a Miner)

    - Dwarf technology and Rune Magic

    - price 39,95 $

So when will we see the announce of Black Fire Pass?

  8. Ok, so we know only this for the Shifting Through Shadows:

Prepare for war! Introducing exciting new options for combat and warfare, Omens of War greatly expands the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay experience. This third instalment in the Ruinous Power cycle allows players to further customise their characters by incorporating new fighting styles and mounted combat, while exploring military campaigns and battles across the Empire.
Omens of War also introduces the Ruinous Power of Khorne and his minions, as well as provides a complete adventure that will pit players against the machinations of the Blood God.

Also we know, that according to Amazon the expansion will be avaliable 19th April 2011. But when will we see something more? When will we see the official announcement and some pick from it with some more info about the content?

If we go back to the seminar from last year we can say more about this product. It will have:

    - the are going to be 2 books in it (one about Khorne and the other about the history of the Old World and Empire through the greatest battles)

    - new Templar and Knightly Orders

    - mounted combat, new fighting styles

    - 10 new careers focused largely on military

    - permanent injuries

    - price 39,95 $

So when will we see the announce of Omens Of War?

Not again this topic? It's the 3rd or 4th topic about the movies that will bring You in to the Warhammer mood.

Yeah... I missed the "Every subject shall only be made once" rule...

Sorry if it ruined your day to see the subject agin gui%C3%B1o.gif

  10. It's good to read all the background book for Warhammer fantasy published by BL. The full list looks like this:

    Liber Chaotica - about Chaos,

    Grudgelore - about Dwarfs,

The Loatsome Ratmen And All Their Vile Kin - about Skaven,

Blood On The Reik - a kind of dairy from many travels thgourg the Old World with cool sketches,

    Liber Necris - about Undead,

Darkness Rising - about The Storm Of Chaos ,

The Empire At War - about great battles in the history if the Empire,

The Life Of Sigmar - a little more about Sigmar and the time he lived in,

the Witch Hunter,s Handbook - something about the Holy Order of The Templars Of Sigmar.

Also I recoment to have some great artbooks like - The Art Of Warhammer and Mark Of Chaos: The Collected Concept Art.

Thet will bring a good atmosphere to Your games and You will have a lot of ideas for scenarios.
