I am looking forward to getting the Decimator from wave 5 as I would love a turreted Empire ship. May get a Phantom to try the cloak and I'd love a couple of Headhunters as I remember them with fondness from the TIE fighter video game. However the EU stuff does not interest me and the above are not must have in my wants. For the same reasons I never bought a HWK as it is not really iconic for me.

Pretty much all the time. Occasionally attempt to make optimized lists but base them on a theme. I love using Vader even though he is expensive. In my group we aim for 100 pt lists but often go over as people want to try differing combos. I will never do a tourney as am not interested, neither are the other 6 members in my group. We just play for fun and have tried games with rules for moving asteroids, hilarious, and attempted fighting in a gravity well.

I agree with all statements about the advanced and for that reason bought only 1, so I could field Vader. I have used him a few times and love him. My group mainly play 100pt games but for fun and I occasionally use Vader as a jack of all trades and master of none ship for theme and fun only. I also find he becomes a bit of a fire magnet leaving me options with my other ships.

We played our first game with a transport last night. Great fun and a victory for the Imperials. One question arose but was not an issue as the player did not use 'Backstabber' in the end. The issue is does 'Backstabber' get to use his ability when attacking the transport at all times as it does not have a fire arc?
