I'd lean more towards the scum but that's more my type of faction.
I prefer the fangs over the FOs for the linked actions. More often I'd say that will help get you into the ranges that you will want to engage in.
For the best test you could always ask some one fly one of those lists and you fly the other, then switch and see which one you had more fun playing. 

The plastic range ruler/movement tool pack does not impress me at all.  The acrylics you can buy from third parties look so much nicer.

Drop Homing missiles and Seventh sister.
You'll want after burners on Vader.
Hate is a good addition to the Grand Inq.

I think Hate might work fairly well on her. Her biggest weakness is that triggering her ability takes both force - Hate means you can suck a couple of hits, block one with a force token, then immediately get the force token back by losing a shield, and still have her ability 'armed'.
My main concern is that you're spending a lot on missiles - homing missiles are nice and all, but 3 homing missiles might be too few to really scare people. It's worth it on a basic TIE/v1, because any ordnance is an improvement over a 2-dice primary, but neither Grand Inquisitor nor Vader really need them so much as both can reliably get a 3-dice attack.
The TIE/x1 can get a focus token and a barrel roll with linked actions, and the TIE/v1 can do the same but boost instead, so I'd be tempted to look at Proton Rockets, giving a much nastier (if one-use) sting.
Probably the most important thing I can think of that you don't currently have is Afterburners. Lacking the now eye-wateringly expensive Supernatural Reflexes, Afterburners are a very cost-effective way to give Vader the manoeuvrability to exploit his high initiative, and frankly I'd far rather him have that than missiles.

Only when you don't have the opportunity to shoot, then you're better off stacking focus and your force point.

It's a nerfed A-Wing (pay a force to evade) with the TIE/In ship ability locked behind a force charge (minus the stress) and a slightly better dial than a Scyk… Using the evade on anything but a named pilot will be stupid.

I'm surprised so few have mentioned William Gibson, his work (Neuromancer, Burning Chrome, Count Zero, Mona Lisa Overdrive,) and that of Bruce Sterling (Mirrorshades,) is foundational to the cyberpunk genre.  For a little tongue-in-cheek action, Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash is sure to satisfy.  These folks wrote a short paper on it.
One could likely mine R. Talsorian's Cyberpunk2020 for material as well - that was my intro to gaming in a dystopian near-future.  Of course it's all a little antiquated now, charming really. 
 
 

The choice of Mist Hunter title over Trick Shot on Lando comes down to play style I think.  Are you going to effectively barrel roll more times than you are going to have an obstructed shot with Lando?
For me, there's not going to be many times where I choose BR over calculate, jam, or target lock. Although you could possibly do a BR to block then reveal a 0 move.
But given Lando's 180 firing arc, I find it more likely to trigger trick shot and effectively make more use out of a 3rd (or 4th or 5th) die than I would a BR on 4-LOM. Again, that's just my playstyle and preference.

There are couple options you could pull with Vader. 
Add FCS for 2 pts bringing bid to 5 
Add Heightened Perception to Vader for 3 points, that way he should always be shooting first and your point bid is now 4
or you could add both upgrades to Vader and take your point bid to 2.
 
With 2 6 and a 5 pilots I'd say your odds are good for shooting first.
